Immaculate, spacious condo that is in great condition

The condo felt quite spacious, it was super clean, and it is in excellent condition. It's one of the best short term rentals I have ever stayed at. The A/C worked great and kept us very comfortable during the day and at night. We loved staying here.

We loved staying here with our two kids. We had a blast hanging out in the pool and hot tub, going on beautiful hikes, visiting arches, and exploring the restaurants in town. Everything was within a 5-15 minute drive and very easy to get to. We would defiantly stay again!

Just 5 Minutes Out

Very comfortable property located just 5 minutes from downtown Moab. The condo is on the second floor, so steps required. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Kitchen is well-equipped with all the basics. Only 5 minutes to town - highly recommend for the space.

Bigger Than We Thought!

3 of us came out to race the Moab Run the Rocks race. This place was so big and clean! Loved the size of the kitchen to cook, large bathrooms and the ability to clean our dirty running clothes in the washer/dryer.

The property was as expected and the check in and check out were incredibly simple, which we loved. My one complaint was really the one-ply toilet paper, which is so incredibly cheap and tacky that it's hard to think a place that was over $300 a night would find it acceptable.

Moab Condo-Family of 4

We will definitely come back to stay in this condo with our family of 4. It was spotless, decorated and super comfy. Very spacious with high ceilings. Tons of closets, extra pillows and blankets. Washer/Dryer with supplies included. Full kitchen with everything included except fresh food. We went to grocery store and cooked everyday or used the waffle maker, blender or toaster. The locatiion was perfect to down town and to the entrance of arches park. The pool was a bonus that we used everyday too! All around, we couldnā€™t be happier and it felt like a home away from home.

Spring Break in Moab

We visited Moab to visit the National Parks and to take a ride at Hellā€™s Revenge for Spring Break. It was me and my wife and 3 kids (Ages 11-17). The condo was very clean and very spacious and well stocked. Although the location is several miles south of downtown Moab, it is only a few minutes to town and still convenient. It is also close to the Sand Flats Rec area where many access the Hellā€™s Revenge trail. The only complaint we had was the overnight traffic noise off of the adjacent US 191. Luckily we carry ear plugs and this helped but the the condo complex is very close to the highway and some of the larger trucks down gear or use engine breaks in this area before they hit the Moab City limits. Other than that we would recommend staying here.

Amazing stay in Moab!

I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to explore the Moab area. The place is really comfortable, well-equipped, and only minutes away from downtown. If you're into running and/or hiking, there are some nice areas to run straight out of the condo complex and a trailhead only 1.4-mi away. Can't wait to be back!!!

great vacation condo for Moab

Well built and designed. Kitchen is in great shape with newer dishes, cookware etc. Well stocked with spices, oil. Bathrooms are nice, hot water comes on rapidly. Of note, this unit is on the top (3rd) level. You need to walk up two flights of stairs. One side of the unit faces the highway, though we did not find traffic noise to be a problem. Overall, highly recommended. We will stay again for sure.
