The cozy living room features a smart TV and a spacious dining area, while the modern open kitchen includes a cooking island, combi oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso, and a filter coffee maker.

One bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower) is located on the ground floor—ideal for accessibility. Upstairs, two more bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. There are also separate toilets on both floors. Additional features include free WiFi, underfloor heating, two private parking spaces, and a secure bike storage with an e-bike charging point.
For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 300 / 500 may apply.
