Welcome to Hillside House, our delightful four-bedroom holiday home situated in the picturesque village of Kingsand. Perfect for families, this spacious retreat offers a blend of comfort and style, ensuring a memorable stay.



The accommodation includes a luxurious super king bedroom with an ensuite shower room, providing added privacy and convenience. Two tastefully decorated double bedrooms offer cozy and restful spaces, while the twin bedroom is ideal for children or friends, offering flexible sleeping arrangements and a welcoming atmosphere.



The well-equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals for your group. The inviting living room features a charming woodburner and 55’’ Television, creating a warm and cozy ambiance for relaxing evenings.



The property includes a spacious main bathroom to serve the double and twin bedrooms, as well as two additional W/Cs for the convenience of all guests.



Outside, the beautifully landscaped garden features a pergola with seating and dining areas, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or alfresco dining in a serene setting. The addition of an outside shower makes it easy to refresh after a day at the beach, rinsing off sand and saltwater. Parking for one car is included, ensuring a hassle-free experience during your stay.

Well behaved pooches welcome with prior consent for a cost of £25.00.



Please note that a deposit of £350.00 will be authorised one day before check-in. Providing there are no damages to the property and/or its contents have occurred this will be not be captured and funds will become available in your account.

Best property yet!

Wow. Our 4th stay in Kingsand but our first to Hillside House and the best yet! What a well-equipped, comfortable, clean and beautiful home-we loved every moment and don’t want to go home. The use of the paddle boards were the absolute icing on the cake. Thank you for sharing your home.

A perfect summer stay

We have had an utterly blissful summer stay at Hillside House. The property is large, beautiful, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and super well-equipped. The views are wonderful and the added bonuses were the lovely little garden, the use of the paddle boards and the very generous welcome hamper! We couldn’t have hoped for better accommodation, thank you. Communication with Finest Retreats could have been a little better. When I sent two questions they went unanswered and when I chased, only one question was answered and when we arrived at the property it turned out their answer had been incorrect.

Beautiful home in Kingsand

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home, well equipped house - one of the best. It's in a fantastic location with a lovely outdoor space. Thank you for a truly lovely stay in this gorgeous house, in Kingsand. We had a magical time. It is such a brilliant location for walking, eating out & just enjoying the view. A lovely house, extremely well kept and equipped, in a beautiful location A high chair and travel cot would have made it easier for us. The shower head in the en-suite bathroom is rather high and difficult to lower because of the soap basket below

We're currently working on making the shower head adjustable without it getting in the way of the soap basket, and we’re also arranging to have a cot and high chair available for little ones in the future.
