Good to Know

 A few practical details to help you prepare for your stay:

- Cleaning fee: €85 and bed linen: €14 per person and compulsory. The cleaning fee and bed linen fee must be paid in cash to the key holder upon arrival. 
The beds are made up for the number of guests included in the booking. Please bring your own bed linen for the toddler's cot.

- Dog: A maximum of 1 dog is welcome. Fee: €35.

- Towels: Towels are not available to hire, so please bring your own.

- Age restriction: Groups and guests under the age of 25 are not permitted.

- Security deposit: The deposit will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible and no later than two weeks after your stay.

Holiday Home De Duiker is a comfortable, detached holiday home in Zeeland, located in Wolphaartsdijk, just a 5-minute walk from Lake Veere (Veerse Meer) and the small beach at Schelphoek. It is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday, family weekend or stay with friends.
The area offers plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling and water sports. Hire a motorboat or sailing boat, for example, and explore Lake Veere from the water. A boat slipway is just 300 metres away. The North Sea beach can also be reached by car in around 25 minutes. There are several restaurants in and around Wolphaartsdijk.
 

Family-Friendly Holiday Home with a DogDe Duiker is particularly suitable for families with children and dogs. The fully enclosed garden has two sheltered terraces, offering plenty of space to relax and play. Close to the holiday home you will find a playground, football pitch, basketball court and boules court.
Inside, the holiday home features a comfortable living room and a modern open-plan kitchen, renovated in 2025. The bathroom was also renovated in 2025.
Upstairs there are three simple bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds, as well as a toddler's cot. A stair gate provides additional safety. Please note that guests who are not accustomed to Dutch homes may find the stairs to the upper floor relatively steep. De Duiker has two private parking spaces and a small bicycle storage area.
