The living room with the spectacular view of the ocean has a 40 inch Smart Flat Screen TV, DVD, VCR with cable and sleeper sofa.New Smartcore flooring, coffe table, end tables, and chair.

The balcony has new Adirondack high deck chairs to allow no obstruction from the wonderful beach view and a balcony rail for additional dining. The second floor gives you a much better view of beach.

New appliances in Kitchen and granite counter top. Updated cabinets in kitchen.Ceramic tile floor in the kitchen, hallway, laundry room and both bathrooms. Master bathroom has been completely updated with new tile floors and tile shower, new vanity and paint. The second bathroom has been completely updated with new tile floor, new vanity, new commode,new tub with tile to the ceiling.The laundry room has it's own washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a new king bed, 26 inch Flat Screen TV, DVD with cable, new Smartcore flooring, new curtains, private bath and private view of the beach. New granite counter top in master bath.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, 20 inch TV with cable and DVD Player, new curtains and new Smartcore flooring. There is a roll-away bed in closet.

As others have said, this condo is very well appointed and taken care of. It definitely feels like a home, not just a basic rental at the beach. The area around is nice, beach is good. (We were here in off-season.)It was clean and comfortable - everything worked properly. Beds were comfy (we loved the soft mattresses, but if that isn't your thing, just beware of that). They give starter of hand soap, paper towels, bathroom tissue, dishwashing soap (sink and dishwasher), and garbage bags. That was a nice touch as many don't provide all of that these days.Kitchen is stocked for basic cooking (bring anything you might need beyond very basics though). Keurig-style coffee with some choices already stocked for use.The only down side has nothing to do with the hosts, and just a note for future renters. The building is a small wood-frame building. Unlike the large cement high rise buildings, you will hear everything below/above you. And the worst, the balcony is just wood boards, so you can hear everything said by those below/above you on their balcony. Also, if any of the other residents smoke, you can forget opening your doors on nice weather days. Obviously not a problem in summer when doors are closed for a/c, but was a definite disappointment for us while we were there as we had heavy smokers below us. Again, NOT the fault of the condo owner, just the way the building was made.Overall, I would strongly consider this condo as a return option, even with the down sides.

Look no further for your next rental in Windy Hill ... Well maintained and stocked. Amazing view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Covered parking available. Easy check in and check out procedures. Convenient to Barefoot Landing and many great local restaurants. Thank you to Kenny & Barbara for being such excellent hosts. They were patient and responsive to all my questions. Five stars for sure!!!

This condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need. Kitchen was very well stocked with a good many baking dishes and pans; washer and dryer are full-sized and do a great job (better than ours at home!), each bathroom had handsoap and a hair dryer! The view was just as the pictures show. There were several beach chairs, what looked like a cooler we didn't use, and some beach toys, etc., also didn't use.My autistic grandson was in this group staying (6 people) and seemed to love being in the bathtub with the sliding door!

Overall this was a great experience. The host was extremely communicative as the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The location is exceptional, right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The unit itself was plenty spacious for us and packed with everything we could have needed. Would love to stay again.

This is a great condo in a great location! The owners were very attentive and check in was easy. The condo was very clean and had everything in it for us to enjoy our vacation! We have stayed in this condo before and plan to stay here again! Just a few short steps to the beach too!!!

The property was lovely. The location was so convenient for my family. The beach was amazing and close to all the amenities of Myrtle Beach. Our host was very attentive and responded very quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone who wanted a beautiful, clean place to stay that was on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to all the activity. We loved it! The perfect view

Ideal location and property for friends or family of 4. Condo had all the needs including beach items. The most important thing for us was the view and it was perfect. Listening to the ocean waves was peaceful, restful, and once down the stairs you are ā€˜on the beachā€™!

Quiet Beach Vacation

The condo was in a great location close to Barefoot Landing. It was a small building and very quiet, which we enjoyed. The ocean view from the unit was gorgeous. The unit was very updated and clean. It was small, cozy, and very comfortable. I loved the newer appliances and the full-size washer and dryer. We would stay there again because of the ocean view, cute decor, and the very reasonable price.

Great place for our anniversary getaway

Loved this place. Would have given it all 5 stars, but we did find a few dirty pans and dishes. None was the owners fault, but it did drop the rating slightly. Communication with the owner was great and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Loved the condo! Decorations and floor plan were really nice! Truly felt like a beach home. We stay in the North Myrtle Beach area 3 or 4 times each summer, and the Windy Hills section was by far the most quaint. Quieter and more laid back than most of the other parts of N. Myrtle Beach. The view from the condo was perfect! Being on the "B" level was ideal for that. The owners were responsive and checked on us via text once or twice. Good communication. Couldn't have asked for anything more to make our long weekend the most relaxing we've had in quite a long time!

The Perfect Place

Great place to stay. You are on the beach!!! The beach was never crowded and everyone was very friendly. The condo was perfect. Very relaxing and comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. A couple of miles away was shopping, food and entertainment.

My wife and I searched for a condo in North Myrtle Beach for over a year. We looked at several condo's, some in the larger buildings but we decided that a small building like this seemed more like a home. In the large buildings I felt like I was in a big motel. I enjoy just walking in and seeing the ocean right in front of me or sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the waves and the beautiful sunsets.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

One of the benefits of the Windy Hill section is the low amount of traffic in the area. This section is blocked off so the only traffic is people that are staying in this area. Barefoot Landing is nearby along with other restaurants. A lot of the owner's in this building don't rent so there is less traffic and normally plenty of parking. I hope that you enjoy this condo as much as I did when I first saw it.
