Our property is family-friendly. We provide sand toys, pool toys, board games, and pack n play. The property is seven miles from Sun-N-Fun Lagoon water park and Children's Museum and 3 miles from Naples Zoo. Poinciana Village Park has a tennis court and playground. We provide 2 tennis rackets and tennis balls.

Poinciana Village is a friendly community, very nice and safe neighborhood. The central location enables you to reach within a less than 10 mins drive to downtown Naples (5th Avenue, Naples Piers, Tin City) or luxurious Mercato!

At the same time, there are many beautiful beaches from which to watch the sunset and enjoy the Gulf Coast's warm waters. The closest beach is Clam Pass Park at the western end of Pine Ridge Road.
