'Naples Paradiso'. Remodeled villa..heated salt water pool/spa extra large lanai

This is a 3 bedroom villa, over 2000sq ft. under air (volume ceilings with crown molding everywhere), located on the wide section of a lake in a beautiful, well maintained gated neighborhood. The entire villa is diagonally tiled with no carpeted areas- a desirable feature for some travelers. An oversized private modern salt water pool and a spa ( can be heated-pool at 87F and spa at 102F )along with an oversized lanai ~990 sq ft. brick pavers. The design of the pool with the expansive lake view behind, almost creates an illusion of an infinity pool. A heating charge for the pool and hot tub ($30/night) is included in the quote. The furniture and décor is high end. The master suite is oversized and is equipped with a king size bed with a high end Eurotop mattress, a walk in closet, a writing desk , a wide HD TV, and a walk out to the pool and lanai. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds, one overlooking the lake. The two baths, have showers with modern glass enclosures. The kitchen, with granite counters is well equipped. An out door grill is included.
The laundry room is equipped with large size washer (top load)and dryer (front loading). Washing fluids are provided. The house has high speed internet. The Living room is situated in the middle, which upon entry, provides a panoramic view of the lake and pool area (picture 1.above).
Briarwood is a gated community and employs a private security company to constantly monitor the premises. The Gulf beaches, elegant upscale shopping ( Waterside) and fine dining is only a few miles away. Briarwood has 2 tennis/pickle ball courts.. In addition, there are two large community pools, basketball, volleyball and playgrounds, a short walk from the house. Beach chairs and beach towels are available. Wine lovers will find not just the opener but also stoppers and a vacuum pump to preserve the remaining wine. One 'high chair' and one 'playpen' can be made available upon request-no additional cost. Attention to detail is readily apparent to a discriminating traveler.

Outdoor Camera: For security reasons an outdoor camera is in place at the entrance of the garage with the driveway, partial lawn and mailbox in view.

Cancellation Policy Explanation:

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30days before check in, they will get back 50%. Otherwise , there is no refund.
