La Maison de Gioel is a comfortable apartment for your exclusive use, located just 5 minutes by car from the ferry boarding area and the airport.

The accommodation can host 2 people and features a double bedroom with air conditioning, a small living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and standard hairdryer, and a small outdoor area with washing machine.

With us, you will find comfort elements that will make you feel at home.

THE ACCOMMODATION:

• Independent apartment for MAX. 2 PEOPLE located on the ground floor in a well-served area.

There is only one small step at the entrance gate and one small step at the entrance of the apartment.

THE AREA:

La Maison de Gioel is located in a quiet semi-central area of Olbia, about 1. 4 km from the historic center, 2 km from Costa Smeralda Airport, and 2 km from Isola Bianca Port.

INTERNET:

• Free Wi-Fi connection

THE BEDROOM:

• Double bedroom with air conditioning, wardrobe, window, blankets, extra pillows, and TV with Italian channels.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN:

• Living room with sofa, dining table, and TV with Italian channels.
• Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, built-in oven, kettle, capsule coffee machine, dishes, glasses, various pots, moka coffee maker, and kitchen utensils.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

• Small outdoor area with washing machine and clothes drying rack; if you are smokers, you may smoke EXCLUSIVELY in this outdoor space.

BREAKFAST:

• NO breakfast service is provided; since this is an entire apartment, you may prepare your own meals and breakfast independently using our kitchen.
Upon arrival, as a courtesy and only for the first night, we always provide water and a few coffee capsules.


THE BATHROOM:

• The bathroom is equipped with a standard hairdryer.
• Only for the first night, we provide single-use shower shampoo sachets and a few rolls of toilet paper.


LINEN & CLEANING:

• Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge ONLY at check-in and in limited quantities.

• EACH GUEST at check-in will receive their own towel set (one small + one medium + one large) to be used for 2 nights.

• After 2 nights, EACH GUEST will find inside the wardrobe a new clean towel set (one small + one medium + one large) to be used for another 2 nights; AFTER THAT, THE FREE TOWEL SUPPLY WILL END.

• Bed sheets must be used for 7 nights; after that, guests may open the wardrobe and take a new set of sheets to use for another 7 nights; AFTER THAT, THE FREE LINEN SUPPLY WILL END.

• A WASHING MACHINE IS AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE in the apartment and may be used to wash both the linen provided at check-in and your personal clothes. We remind you that the convenience of renting an apartment is precisely being INDEPENDENT and having ACCESS TO A KITCHEN AND A WASHING MACHINE.

• NO linen change and NO towel change during the stay, as YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for managing the linen provided free of charge at check-in.

• Daily cleaning is NOT provided; since this is an entire apartment, no cleaning service is included during the stay. You are expected to manage the apartment as if it were your own home; you may make the bed yourself or use the washing machine independently.


CHECK-IN:

• The keys are stored inside a key box located next to the entrance gate of the apartment at Via Malta, 18.

• Self Check-in: from 3: 00 PM.

• The key box code will be sent shortly before your arrival and ONLY IF EACH GUEST HAS PROVIDED THE DETAILS OF A VALID ID DOCUMENT.

• As required by Italian law, IT IS MANDATORY TO PROVIDE A VALID ID DOCUMENT FOR EACH GUEST.

CHECK-OUT:

• Check-out by 10: 00 AM

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• At the time of booking, IT IS MANDATORY TO PROVIDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER, as we will need it to send you the necessary information for collecting the keys stored in the key box. Without a valid phone number, we will NOT be able to contact you to provide the secret code for key collection.

We WILL CONTACT YOU the evening before your arrival to share the necessary information for self check-in and key collection.

• La Maison de Gioel can host a maximum of 2 people; all guests must have a regular booking and must be registered on the official Italian accommodation portal (Alloggiati Web), as required for hotels.

• IT IS FORBIDDEN TO HOST ADDITIONAL PEOPLE, EVEN FOR A FEW HOURS; in Italy, every accommodation has a state/regional license specifying the maximum number of guests allowed.

SAFETY DEVICES:

• Safety ensured by gas and carbon monoxide detectors.
• Portable fire extinguisher.
• OUTDOOR AREAS UNDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE for public safety reasons.

In full respect of our guests’ PRIVACY, please note that the video-surveilled areas are exclusively the garden in front of the entrance gate and the rear outdoor area where smoking and clothes drying are allowed.

RULES:

• Pets NOT allowed
We love all animals, but unfortunately we cannot host them due to unpleasant past incidents.

• Minors NOT allowed
• Smoking inside the apartment is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN; it is allowed only in the outdoor area.
• NO parties
• NO noise between 9: 00 PM and 7: 00 AM

TO BE PAID IN CASH ON SITE:

• City tax €3. 50 per person per night, to be paid in cash at check-out
