Villa on the sea with possibility of walking to two different beaches, each one is approximately 200 m away. The first is opposite which falls down the towards the sear and the second beach is on the side. The villa is surrounded by 600m² of gardens with covered patio, barbecue, external shower, garden furniture and all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. Charming views on the bay, the villa is very peaceful and most of the time you can only hear the sounds of the waves. Located half way between Olbia and Porto Rotondo and close to the Emerald Coast (Costa Smeralda), it offers to holiday makers many different activities including sport, culture and other spectacles. The composition of this villa is as follows : 6 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, 3 WC, dining room, living room, loggia, veranda, overall surface area of 160 m². The garden is 600 m² with a BBQ, sun loungers and some garden furniture and there is also private parking. 10 km from Olbia, 13 Km from Porto Rotondo

Wonderful family holiday

Our group was a mixed group aged between 75 and 2. Parents, in-laws adult siblings. 9 of us in all. We had a great time. The villa was a really good size to accommodate such a mixed group. Dealing with Maria was really good all enquiries answered quickly. The beach was nearby and lovely. The only draw back was only a small number of restaurants within walking distance. Car needed. But we also enjoyed lovely family meals cooked b us at the villa. Facilities were excellent. Would strongly recommend this villa

Lage: Strandnähe und wunderbarer Blick. Die Wohnung oben sehr hell, die Wohnung unten recht dunkel.Die Sauberkeit ist gemischt zu betrachten. Böden erschienen sauber. Die Abflüsse im Bad oben waren verstopft und die langen Haare der vorherigen Mieter mussten erst aus dem Abfluss entfernt werden. Wenn alle im Haus geduscht haben, ist im Hof der Gulli übergelaufen mit penetrantem Abflussgeruch. Rund um das Haus war einiges an Müll (kaputte Fussbälle, kaputte und dreckige Stühle auf dem Grundstück), welches nicht aufgeräumt worden war. Schränke unaufgeräumt mit persönlichen Sachen der Vermieter wie z.B. angebrochene Medikamente in unterschiedlichen Schubladen und persönlicher Briefe.Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr schlecht. Vermieter teilte mit, dass er auf Geschäftsreise sei und schickte nur einen Vertreter. Der Vertreter sprach leider kein Deutsch und auch kein Englisch.Ausstattung: in einem Haus für 12 Personen nur drei Weingläser ist überraschend in Italien. Gute Klimaanlagen, Beschreibung der Funktionsweise wäre sinnvoll.Der vorhandene Grill wurde mit vermietet. Leider nicht benutzbar und vermüllt. Insgesamt machte es den Anschein, als wolle man nicht, dass der Grill benutzt würde. Gesamteindruck: Preis-Leistung hat nicht gepasst (6000 EUR für zwei Wochen) für ein Haus, für welches sich niemand richtig zuständig gefühlt hat. Nachdem sich der Vermieter auf unsere Rückfragen bzgl. Grill, Müll, Klimaanlagen nicht gemeldet hat, wurde FeWo-direkt eingeschaltet.

Optimal für 2 Familien mit Kindern

Zentral gelegen, 200 m zu den beiden Stränden war mit den Kindern optimal, die Strände sehr schön, sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses, sauber, Supermarkt in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar, die größeren Supermärkte mit dem Auto in 5 Min. zu erreichen, Restaurants in der Nähe sehr empfehlenswert, die Vermieter waren bei der Ankunft sehr bemüht, besorgten aufgrund einer fehlenden Klimaanlage Ventilatoren,

Property had a great location and met our needs perfectly

The house accommodated our group of five adults very well. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking out at the view. You can easily walk to two beaches, several restaurants, a cafe and even a grocery store. Pittulongu was a very good base, you could see a lot of different areas within an hours drive. The Olbia airport was also very close.

This is an excellent villa

This is an excellent villa that comfortably accommodated our family of 10 people - in fact, one double bedroom with 2 single beds was unoccupied. The standard of the rooms and facilities is superb, especially the kitchen-dining area, the barbecue-patio area. We were welcomed by the owners- both were charming, friendly people. I consider myself a permanent guest. I have come back many times. It is so beautiful. It is one of my favorite places I have ever been. The days are amazing soaking and playing in the crystal clear Sardinia water. The nights are amazing listening to nature. Its location is fantastic, so close to two beaches and the wiew is wonderful.

Magnifique séjour à Pittulongu

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de magnifiques vacances à Pittulongu dans une spacieuse maison indépendante au calme et pourtant superbement située. Elle est à 200m des plages et à proximité des commerces. Les pièces sont grandes, lumineuses, bien équipées. Il y a 2 très belles terrasses dont 1 ombragée avec une grande table où nous avons pris pratiquement tous nos repas. La cour est bien aménagée (grand barbecue), douche extérieure, idéale pour les enfants. Point fort de Pittulongu : à quelques kilomètres vous avez le port maritime et l'aéroport = situation idéale. De même pour visiter, Pittulongu se trouve au début de la Costa Smeralda, on peut rayonner tout le long de la côte nord-est qui est magnifique. Nous tenons à remercier les propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Espérant à une prochaine fois....

Les pièces sont spacieuses, lumineuses et bien équipées. Il y a 2 belles terrasses dont une ombragée avec une grande table où nous avons pris pratiquement tous nos repas. La cour est idéale pour les enfants. Pittulongu est très bien situé, Olbia étant à quelques kilomètres (port maritime et aéroport). On se trouve au début de la Costa Smeralda où il y a tant à visiter. Nous avons été agréablement supris, la maison correspondait bien sinon mieux à ce que l'on attendait. Nous tenons à dire un grand merci pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil aux propriétaires Mavi et Fran. Espérant à une prochaine fois.....

Great time.

We had a great time in Sardinia. The house was great for 12 people for a celebration. Great location a quick bus ride from the airport. Great beach, restaurants. Beautiful scenery and Mavi and Fran were very helpful on our arrival. We will be going back. Weather this time of year was just right. Could not have been better for our holiday

Wunderschöne ruhig gelegene Villa

Meine Familie und ich hatten einen wunderschönen, entspannenden Urlaub in Pittulongu! Wir waren 8 Personen und hatten mehr als genügend Platz in dem Haus. Es gibt zwei getrennte Etagen die über separate Eingänge zu erreichen sind. Die Einrichtung ist in einem geschmackvollen mediterranem Stil gehalten und das Haus ist weitestgehend sauber. Positiv war auch, dass die Jalousien komplett lichtundurchlässig schlossen, so dass es auch morgens noch schön dunkel war. Der Hof könnte etwas renoviert werden aber wir hielten uns hauptsächlich auf der Terrasse in der oberen Etage auf, deshalb hat es uns nicht so sehr gestört. Von dort sieht man auf den Horizont und hört nur das Meeresrauschen und Vogelgezwitscher! In ca 200 m Entfernung sind zwei weiße feinsandige Strände. Das Wasser ist glasklar und die idyllischen Häuser am Rande der Insel bilden gemeinsam mit den Bergen und dem Meer eine wunderschöne Kulisse! In 5-10 Gehminuten befinden sich ein kleines italienisches Restaurant neben einem kleinen Supermarkt. Vor allen Dingen die Pana Cotta ist sehr zu empfehlen :) Wer Internet möchte kann in der großen Mall am Flughafen von IWind eine Simkarte mit 1 GB kaufen. (20€) Ein Ausweis muss vor Ort kopiert werden aber Vorsicht: bei Handyd mit Simlock funktioniert die Karte natürlich nicht! Wir haben einen Ausflug zum Castello de Piedro gemacht. Eine kleine Burg die über alte Steinstufen zu erklimmen ist, oben angekommen hat man einen schönen Blick über die Insel. Wir waren die einzigen Besucher und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Besuch in Olbia ist auch auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Da wir ein Auto gemietet hatten konnten wir alles problemlos erreichen. Insgesamt können wir die Villa in Pittulongu auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen da sie ruhig und schön gelegen ist und einem entspannten Urlaub nichts entgegensteht ! Wir wünschen allen viel Spaß auf Sardinien

Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us !" Having been to Sardinia more than 3 times I have finally found somewhere, comfortable, private, clean, and well equipped. The villa is located on a quiet street in Pittulongu, within walking distance of two different beaches (200 – 250 m) and restaurants. The photos on this website really do not do the property justice. In reality the property is actually much larger than it looks. I definitely plan to return and will not hesitate to recommend it to my friends It was fantastic ! The villa was perfect,

A beautiful Holiday Villa

Beautiful holiday villa was able to comfortably accommodate 2 families (12 people in total). The villa consists of two semi-independent apartments with separate entrances and each has a kitchen, living room, bathroom and three bedrooms and 2 entrances from the street, the garden can be shared with a large covered patio to eat or stay cool (all together). Bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchens (n. 2) well appointed. Having 2 separate lounges (upstairs/downstairs) worked well for the kids. Great views, and a 3 minute walk to the two different beaches. The owners provided excellent customer service. Would recommend. Recommended for: Families with Young Children

IT WAS GREAT!

We spent a wonderful week at the villa. what a great find! What we enjoyed most was the veranda-balcony. It was so relaxing to get up in the morning, make coffee and sit and take in the view of the sea or at night unwind with a glass of great Italian wine. Ah! this is life. We were happy with this rental. Close enough to everything but far enough from everything. IT WAS GREAT!

This villa is more beautiful than on the pictures

This villa is even more beautiful than on the pictures. Everything is made for you to enjoy quiet holidays. The beaches are close to you. The only things far from you are noise, stress and clouds, While the things around you are the Sun, the sea, the noise of the waves and the beaches. One of my best stay all over Sardinia.

The house has all amenities.

We were so fortunate to find this rental! We have 4 boys and they enjoyed the house and the beach. The views from the villa at sunrise and sunset are the most beautiful we have ever seen. We also went to Porto Rotondo and other places but it was difficult to leave the house. The owners are very helpful and the house has all amenities.

Quite and enjoyable holidays

Today (30.08.2009) is the last day of my holiday in the villa and I therefore give my testimony. The villa is large and spacious (seems smaller pictures on the site) is comfortable, the view is spectacular: the deep blue sea is very relaxing. Beaches are nearby, reachable on foot and the sea water is crystal clear. The beautiful thing is that the villa located in a quiet and relaxing but very close to summer life of Porto Rotondo and Costa Smeralda: Good for vacation relaxing but also for enjoyable holiday.
