The summer house features a bright and open kitchen-dining area with a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating throughout. There are 3 bedrooms in total: 2 with double beds and 1 with a single bed. Additionally, there is 1 sleeping space in the loft with a mattress measuring 140 x 200 cm. The kitchen is equipped with an American-style fridge, 4 induction hobs, a fan oven, and a dishwasher. The house has 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 separate toilet, both with underfloor heating. The property also includes a washing machine, dryer, and 60-liter freezer. A grill is available, and parking is provided at the house. Please note: The property is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
