TUBE is a 80m2 flat designed and owned by an architect.It is situated in Kolonaki, the most elegant and secure area of Athens, 50m from Kolonaki sqr. Originally an architectural office has been transformed in 2011 into a modern, fully equipped home. Furniture and lighting designed in plain lines and manufactured by wood and iron, mix with natural fabrics creating warm and interesting spaces. The dining room and the living room with the fireplace open to plant filled terrace ideal for relaxing or dining.


Enjoy the luxury, comfort and elegance while staying in our residence.
The simplicity in the design of the flat and furniture mix with the warmth of the natural wood, the soft fabrics and the rough metal lightings to give the unique character of the apartment. Take your breakfast in the dining table (up to 8 persons) or in the front plant balcony. Take a walk round Athens and visit Museum Benaki in Pireus Str or the new Museum of Acropolis. If you are in the mood visit a theater, a cinema or have a coffee and a drink, all located one step from the house.
Additional luxuries in the suite include: a well equipped design kitchen, an espresso-cappuccino coffee machine, 42’’ Led TV and a Dolby digital surround system in Living Room .

Wow - a perfect place to stay!

The apartment is perfect in every way: great inclusions, great location, clean and comfortable. Pagona was very friendly and helpful (and do take her up on the offer of a driver to or from the airport - we took taxis to the apartment, and then used her driver on the way back - he's much the same price as a taxi for far superior service). And Athens itself was a delight

Our family of four (with two teenagers) had an great 10-night stay at this beautiful apartment from August 7th-17th. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Every aspect was fantastic, thanks to this wonderful home base.The apartment is just as shown in the photos. It is lovely, spacious, and immaculately clean. It was even cleaned midway during our stay. The air conditioning was a lifesaver and worked perfectly. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. A big highlight was the amazing terrace which would could all sit out at and relaxThe owner, Pagona, was the most gracious host. She responded quickly to everything via WhatsApp, provided excellent recommendations, and went well above and beyond for any issues we had. The location is unbeatable. Situated in charming, safe Kolonaki, we were steps from incredible restaurants, cafes, and shops. We walked to the Acropolis, its museum, the Ancient Agora, and Syntagma Square within 10 minutes. Despite being in the heart of everything, the apartment was on a quiet street, ensuring peaceful nights.Athens is a breathtaking city where ancient history lives around every corner. We were captivated. What truly stood out was the kindness of the Greek people. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and patient - and the food was absolutely fantastic! We would return in a heartbeat and will absolutely be booking this apartment again on our next trip to Athens

Great space in a good location

The apartment was just as described in the listing and was perfect for our family of 3 during our short stay in Athens. Walking distance to all of the main sites and in a neighborhood with nice shops and a few restaurants. This was a great home base for us with a convenient grocery next door. Our host, Natasha was excellent and very responsive and gave great recommendations. She also arranged a car to take us to and from the airport!

We really enjoyed our 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment near Kolonaki square. Natasha met us and oriented us to the apartment and local sites. It was a spaciouxs and comfortable place that allowed us to tour Athens at our own pace. Thank you!

eine kleine Oase im hektischen Athen ;-)

Eine wunderbare Wohnung mit viel Platz, so dass jeder (4 Leute) auch mal ein Platz zum Zurückziehen hatte. Sehr sauber und auch günstig (Verbindungen, Sehnswürdigkeiten) gelegen. Das Einzige: Ein extra Handtuch bzw. Geschirrtuch für die Küche wäre nicht schlecht gewesen! Auch der Empfang bzw. die Übergabe war sehr ausführlich und freundlich. Vielen Dank für alles!

mooi appartement met heerlijk terras

In verband met een congres, gecombineerd met vakantie in Athene hebben wij dit appartement een week gehuurd. Het appartement is ruim en heeft een heerlijk terras. Onder het appartement zitten twee supermarkten en in de buurt zijn veel leuke restaurantjes, boetieks en andere winkels. Vanuit het appartement zijn alle bezienswaardigheden lopend bereikbaar. We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen door Pagona en Natascha. Omdat het fijn is als je af en toe ook zelf iets kunt klaar maken zou de keukenuitrusting wel iets uitgebreider mogen (meer schalen en pannen). Maar dat is het enige aandachtspuntje.

Outstanding location away from the tourists but close enough to walk to the sites. Beautifully decorated apartment with all the amenities. Owner’s representative met us upon arrival and gave us orientation and suggestions for eating. Highly recommend this apartment. Comfortable for 4 people.

Comfortable Oasis in Kolonaki

We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights. Everything went smoothly. We were met as planned, explanations of the apartment and the nearby shops were clear, they even had the makings for breakfast in the fridge. The yogurt was fabulous as was the Greek honey. The bed was comfortable, the balcony appealing. We couldn't have asked for more. I recommend it highly. The one caveat would be the neighbourhood - it was great for us - a older couple used to travelling a lot and who have a generous budget. But if your're on a limited budget this is not the neighbourhood for you.

A Most Lovely Spot

The Hidesign Tube apartment is truly a home in its design, furnishings, and, most of all, in the way it feels. The kitchen, although small, was well equipped with regard to appliances, cookware and dishes. The bathroon was cheery with its bright orange countertop and had tub and shower and plenty of room for the toiletries of four adults. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds, good lighting and wonderful storage. The living areas were beyond expectation! They were exactly as shown in the pictures and had a warm, welcoming, calm energy. Rarely do we cook so much when away, but after our days of sightseeing, we just wanted to be "home"! The location of the apartment was wonderful with all that we wanted to see within walking distance. (Some walks were long, but there was so much to see along the walk that we loved the length.) There is a wonderful bakery with great coffee on one corner of the block and a well-stocked little grocery right next door. A larger grocery is just three blocks away. Should we return to Athens, we would definitely stay at the Tube again. Perfect! Thank you, Pagona and Hara!

Comfortable, livable apartment

Only a few steps away from some amazing cafes, bars and restaurants and a convenience store below makes this place an ideal stay in Athens. Spacious living area and an amazing balcony, plus comfortable beds made our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood

We spent 3 nights at the TUBE apartment. It was in a fabulous location, near but not too near all the night life. The apartment was quiet, very comfortable beds...the terrace was so inviting and a great place to relax. I don't hesitate to recommend it....very highly...I will stay again when i return to Athens. You'll love it!

Fantastic location, clean well set up apartment. Great space. Perfect to visit Athens

Pagona our host was great, very responsive and pleasant never an issue. The apartment is well set up with a great little terrace. The Kolonaki location is unbeatable with plenty of great restaurants and bars and only a short pleasant walk from all the main attractions. Overall a great experience through VRBO and our host. Would definitely return next time in Athens.

Fabulous!!!!

This place was ideally located very close to the Acropolis and parliament and local squares around. Not the cheapest part of town but definitely very safe and extremely extremely beautiful. Our host was super available and attentive and arranged for transfers to and from the airport and port at a reasonable price! Highly recommended.

Apartment was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor deck was lovely but the weather was to hot for us to make use of it. Dimitris was so helpful in giving us rides to and from the airport. Apartment was conveniently located near metro.

Gut Wohnen in Kolonaki

Das Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Es ist gut ausgestattet und geschmack-voll eingerichtet. Besonders das gemütliche Doppelbett und der schöne Balkon haben uns sehr gefallen. Die technische Einrichtung ist reichhaltig und funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Wohnungsübergabe klappte reibungslos und schnell. Wir wurden mit ein paar griechischen Spezialitäten und Wein willkommen geheißen. Zudem wurde uns Hilfe zu jeder Zeit ange-boten, die wir auch in Anspruch genommen haben (Taxitransfer zum Flughafen). Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns optimal. Kolonaki ist ein sehr sicherer und schöner Ortsteil und bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Als sehr angenehm haben wir auch den kleinen Supermarkt im Nachbarhaus empfunden. Dort gibt es alles, was man fürs Leben braucht. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Herzlichen Dank an Pagona und Hara.

Well equipped comfortable and well situated apartment in Athens

We were happy to be in Athens in this Tasteful comfortable apartment. Even during some hot days (44C+) the apartment kept cool with its 3 AC units, one for every room. Beds were comfortable, kitchen nicely equipped. Pagona was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived and did a nice job of explaining everything we needed to know. Stayed in touch, responsive and very helpful throughout our stay.

Tolles Appartement im Zentrum von Athen

Endlich ein Ferien-Appartement, das nicht mit kalter und billiger Ausstattung ausgestattet ist! Im Gegenteil, es ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet und hat eine grosse Terrasse. Der Standort ist ausgezeichnet für den Besuch der Sehenswürdigkeiten von Athen. Alles Wichtige ist innerhalb 30 Minuten per Fuss erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es zudem viele gute Restaurants.

Very nice

We just spent 3 days, the five of us (1 couple and 3 adult children), and really enjoyed the appartment: 3rd floor, light, contemporary, spacious, clean, relaxing terrace, kitchen fully equiped and ....very quiet, which is not so often the case in Athens. Maybe a single bathroom for the 5 of us was a bit tiny but this was definitely not an issue. We also enjoyed our contacts with Hara who is a very nice host, always available and so helpful. We recommend this appartment without any hesitation.

Bel appartement ,spacieux et agréable.

Nous avons été gentiment accueillis par la propriétaire , madame Pagona Pouli qui nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de son équipement . De trés bons produits ( miel ,confitures ,vin et biscuits à la canelle ...)nous attendaient dans la cuisine. Par la suite ,durant notre séjour, madame Pouli s'est enquit des problémes que nous aurions pu rencontrer ( tout allait bien ) et nous avons pu faire appel à elle pour imprimer les cartes d'embarquement de notre retour par avion. Ce bel appartement est spacieux , trés propre et trés joliment décoré dans des teintes harmonieuses ,tout cela rendant le retour le soir - après une dure journée de vacances ...! - très agréable . N'étant que deux , et devant passer seize nuits à Athenes, nous avons choisi de dormir dans la chambre aux deux lits ( facilement réunis grâce aux roulettes ) chambre donnant sur une cour intérieure très calme en cette première partie d'avril . Pas ou trés peu de bruits intérieurs dans cet immeuble en partie innocupé semble -t'il . Par contre la belle chambre matrimoniale (nombreux placards vides et propres donc disponibles ) donne sur une rue animée rejoignant la place Kolonaki . Bien que ,à ce jour ,il n'y ait pas de bars ni en face ni en dessous de l'immeuble , le bruit de passage peut être pour certaines personnes (dont nous sommes ) gênant tard le soir et encore plus le week end.. Point important dans cette rue commerçante : un petit supermarché voisin et une bonne boulangerie et pâtisserie grecque permettent de faire des courses à quasiment toute heure. Nous avons donc passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement et dans la ville d'Athènes regorgeant de magnifiques musées.( à ce propos le musée des arts cycladiques , le musée Benaki et le musée bysantin sont dans le proche voisinage ) La population d ´Athènes est très agréable et accueillante' Une seule précaution :faire attention en marchant ,les trottoirs étant souvent en très mauvais état . Et ,si l'on dispose d'un peu de temps , je conseillerais d'aller visiter le très charmant monastère de Kaisarianis à 5 km d'Athenes ,dans une belle nature de hauts cyprés. Les nombreux taxis jaunes sont très peu chers.

Great location. Kind owner. Clean apartment. Nice amenities.

Loved the location. Apartment was very clean and well appointed. The only issues, and I mean the absolutely only issues were the bathroom ( there were three of us and it was a very tight space) and the street noise ( we are from the suburbs of the US and it was very difficult to sleep with the street noise). Otherwise, I would stay here again! Very nice bottle of wine upon arrival! Great outdoor space, and extremely accommodating owner!!!!
