The apartment is located in the heart of the old Scheveningen village. The pleasant shopping street offers something for everyone, local shops, cafe’s and restaurants. Walking distance from the beach and good connections with bus and tram to the city center of The Hague.

Next to the living room with modern kitchen there is the master bedroom and an extra bedroom with a bunkbed for children.
HOUSE RULES
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• No pets allowed.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Please respect the noise curfew.
• Please turn off the AC when you go out.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times, a late check-out without notice will result in a €250 euro fine.
• Please take extra care of your keys, use 1 key to open the door and keep 1 in the key box. If locked outside of the apartment and the host team has to come a €120 fine will be applied which needs to be paid immediately. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of €85.
• Please take care of the apartment. You can be held liable to pay for damages that occur during your stay.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Please do your dishes.
• Please take the trash out before you leave.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
• Please use the extractor hood when using the bathroom and kitchen.
