Perfect all-season getaway! Storyland so close and Saco River a walk away!

Our home is the perfect vintage White Mountains retreat all year long!Nestled in the Valley, we feel it is just as much of an all season destination as the places you will visit while here.

This little cottage in the woods has everything you need! Master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with three beds, a loft bedroom with 3 cots, and a pullout couch for extra sleeping, in front of the big screen! Cozy up next to the woodburning stove in the lodge atmosphere of the bonus great room. Smart TV, wet bar and mini fridge for your enjoyment, but, the decor makes you feel like you stepped back into simpler times!

Thoughtfully detailed original local art & vintage artifacts flank the walls, honoring the history and nature of the beautiful White Mountains! The bathroom is spacious, with a stone floor walk-in shower. Complete kitchen with a gas stove, a coffee station (coffee pot), a crockpot and all cooking essentials (except the creature comfort of laundry).
For that, you will have to go to the local laundromat. Trash is guest responsibility. We provide bags but no trash collection in Bartlwtt.. Absolutely No cleaning FEE (save up to $200!)

Enjoy your view outside the sliders to the acres of forest behind you. An open floorplan including another tv, off the kitchen, completes the main space.

Out of respect for all our future guests, we ask no smoking and no pets. However, there are doggie daycare facilities close by!

Winter-
Ski Bretton Woods(18mi), closer -Cranmore Wildcat, King Pine and, of course, Attitash- 2.5 minaway!
Street is flat & large plowed driveway! SNOWMOBILE trails all around -Walk to the top of the street & rent some at NORTHERN EXTREMES. (Book ahead)

Summer/Fall
Warmer months of the year, enjoy coffee on the front porch and hear the distant whistle of the Cog train, play a game of cornhole on the lawn, or relax around the firepit out back. Walk to the river at night to take in a grand open view of our Galaxy!

Hike the Langdon Trails or float in the Saco River, just steps outside the door. Shopping & golf in North Conway is a 20 minute ride.
Closer attractions include Storyland, Jackson Falls, Diana's Bath, Echo Lake, Crawford Notch, Cog railroad and more!

So many wonderful restaurants/pubs too! Red Parka and Tuckerman’s are very close by. Walk to Cabin Fever for lunch! And for all your last minute needs, Bart's store and deli is only 2 minutes by car or a nice walk past the gazebo on 302! Bring your bikes, floats and river shoes and enjoy nature all around. You will not be disappointed!
