Cozy Chalet Near Skiing -Attitash, Wildcat, Cranmore - River Access - Pets OK

This pet friendly chalet on a nicely wooded lot is on a quiet road across from the Flat Rocks Conservation Area and the East Branch Saco river. For your house time there is WiFi, 4 TVs with access to streaming services, a cozy freestanding fireplace, and family entertainment items (DVDs, board games, books). If you want to cook, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need or use the Weber grill on the large deck. When you're ready to head out, North Conway Village and Jackson Village with their shopping and restaurants are both just 5 minutes away. For winter getaways, we're just minutes from the skiing at Attitash, Wildcat, Cranmore, and Black mountains. There is snowmobile trail access at the end of our road. We are open to winter seasonal rentals. For warmer weather, you can hang out on the deck listening to the sounds of the river or swim at the beautiful Flat Rock’s river spot 100 yards away (see the river pictures below). Storyland is less than 3 miles away.
With 4 bedrooms and 6 beds we can accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably. In the main living area, there's a large expandable dining room table, comfortable sofa with 3 reclining seats, Stereo, Amazon Echo, and 40” LCD TV.
The home and location are well suited to families and quiet groups looking to enjoy the beauty and numerous activities available in the Mount Washington Valley. There is a small sloped side yard but it’s a rough surface so kids will find better areas to play in the conservation area across the street and along the river. Note there is a full set of exterior stairs to the first level of the home and the living area is on the second level.
We want your stay to be as relaxing as possible so the rental includes all linens and basic supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap).
