Discover this beautiful independent house in the heart of nature, located in the quiet Can Surià urbanization (Olivella), just 15 minutes by car from Sitges and its beaches. An ideal accommodation for families or groups looking to disconnect, enjoy the area and be close to one of the most beautiful towns in the Mediterranean.
Located in a natural environment of vineyards and forests, Olivella is perfect for those seeking peace and tranquillity, but without giving up proximity to charming places such as:
-Sitges, a stone's throw away, offers spectacular beaches. Gastronomy, atmosphere and culture.
-Vilafranca del Penedés, its wine route, half an hour away, for wine and cellar lovers.
-Olivella belongs to the Garraf Natural Park, ideal for hiking, cycling and outdoor activities.
For your shopping you have several options
Just 5 minutes by car, in the Mas Milà urbanisation, you will find an ideal supermarket for day-to-day shopping.
-For larger purchases, in Sant Pere de Ribes (10 minutes away), you will find several supermarkets such as Aldi, Día, Caprabo and local shops. Although if you are looking for gourmet products, in Sitges there is a market, organic shops and delicatessen.
The distribution of the house is as follows:
At street level is the main entrance with 4 double bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, equipped kitchen and a living room with access to a porch with mountain views.
-On the lower floor there is an independent apartment with a double bedroom, a large kitchen integrated into the dining room and access to another large porch. In the dining room there is also an individual bed available.
-Outside there is a barbecue area and outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal outdoors. And a play and relaxation space, ideal for children and adults.
The pool is an elevated, removable plastic type. It is not a built pool.
Enjoy different holidays, combining sea and mountain, with space and amenities for everyone.

SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
The accommodation is totally exclusive to the guests. They will not share any area with anyone else.
Bed sheets are provided at one set per bed and a set of towels per guest at the beginning of the stay. If they wish to change sheets and/or towels during the stay, they can request it as an additional service and it has an extra cost.
Cleaning is not included during the stay. If you wish to request additional cleaning during the stay, you can do so as an additional service and it will have an extra cost.
The pool is an elevated, removable plastic type. It is not a built pool.
Pool maintenance is carried out weekly by qualified personnel.
The coffee machine is a Nespresso capsule machine.
No charcoal is provided for the barbecue.
GUEST INTERACTION
Both before and during their stay, they can consult me about everything they need.
Anything they need prior to their arrival, do not hesitate to ask me, and it will be a pleasure to clarify any doubts they may have.
Once they arrive at the accommodation, I will personally be there to receive them, show them the house and how everything works.
In addition, I will be able to advise them on places to visit, restaurants to eat at, local festivals, supermarkets to shop at,... and anything else they may need.
If during their stay they need my help, it will be a pleasure to assist them.

This house is designed to enjoy with family, in a quiet, pleasant and residential environment.
*** If you are looking to organize a big party, loud music, and annoy the neighbourhood, this apartment is not for you, and you will surely find a more suitable one ***
*** ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING IS NOT ALLOWED, AS THE ELECTRICAL POWER OF THE HOUSE DOES NOT SUPPORT IT ***
Before arrival at the accommodation, a link will be sent where the registration of data for ALL guests must be completed, and additionally, the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya must be paid. The staff in charge of delivering the keys will NOT HAND OVER the keys until this process is completely finished.
The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya is €1.00 per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (minors under 17 do not pay).
Responsibility
The reservation of the accommodation implies acceptance of the house rules. Carefully read the property rules that will be published. Parties and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment. For irresponsible conduct, the owner may request guests to immediately leave the accommodation, without right to compensation or refund.
It is forbidden to use the dwelling with a number of occupants higher than the capacity of the dwelling.
Guests are responsible for the proper care of the accommodation during their stay and commit to returning it in the same conditions in which they found the accommodation and its equipment, except for appliance repairs or reasonable wear and tear of the property.
If any defect occurs in the accommodation, please notify us immediately and we will try to solve it as soon as possible.
Guests are not responsible for the final cleaning, but must leave the accommodation in good condition, the kitchen tidy and the rubbish in the street containers, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Check-in
The check-in time is from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. All arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:59 PM will have a surcharge of 50 €. Arrivals after midnight must be communicated in advance and will carry an additional charge depending on the case.
The person responsible for check-in will wait at the property to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason they cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting.
The loss of the keys will have a supplement of 75€ for each set.
IMPORTANT: If due to the guest's forgetfulness or negligence, a locksmith must be called to open the property's door, the expenses will be charged to the guest.
