Come stay at our cozy waterfront home located on the main channel of Gulf Harbors leading to the Gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy sitting on the patio while watching boats pass. This deep water channel is home to manatee's, dolphin's and sea turtle's. At night enjoy the sunset while listening to the fish splash. From the dock you can catch a variety of fish. There is a ladder off the dock if you want to take a swim or cool off with the outdoor shower.
Inside the home you can still enjoy the view of the water through the triple glass slider. The1st bedroom has a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full bunk bed. The home has 2 new bathrooms and an outdoor shower.
No need to rent a kayak, This home comes with a 2 seat fishing ready Kayak. You can launch it off the floating dock and can go down the channel and explore in the mangroves or paddle right to the open ocean.

Great place to relax

The host was great, he provided a crockpot when I asked if the property had one. My husband loved the kayak. We used the bikes to ride the Pinellas trail. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the Adirondack chairs - would sit in them in the afternoon- spotted dolphins several times.

Amazing

Very nice place,conrad was very helpfull. Coming back soon .Enjoyed fishing off the dock and catching blue crabs at anclote pier 12 minutes away.Honeymoon island is one of our favorite beaches that is close by.We highly recomend this place and will be our annual vacation home.

Best Vacation Ever

First off property owner is very kind and there was great communication. The house was immaculately clean and wonderfully decorated. We were welcomed with a personalized sign for our family and that was very special. Clear directions in a well organized folder for longer stays. The property also includes tons of extras, fishing poles, kayaks, fishing net and a cleaning board, games, movies, kids toys, coloring stuff. The fishing out back was awesome lots of different fish, shrimp was best for bait and there is a bait bucket in the side shed with poles. The house is located perfectly only a short distance from so many awesome places and activities. Our family loved it and we cannot wait to come back. Thank You So Much

Relaxing Getaway

This is a beautiful house, nicely decorated, light and spacious. All necessities are thoughtfully provided. The location on the canal is wonderful and relaxing on the deck was great. Conrad the owner was very friendly and responsive to communication. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Sweet Place on the Water

Clean and as pictured charming home on the water did not disappoint. It was perfect for our family trip to Tampa. Conrad the owner was fantastic to work with though we had zero problems or reason to contact him during our stay. Especially appreciated the shower and bathroom right off the back patio, large family dining table, comfortable beds and kayak!

House on the river

Very clean, nice property on the river/inlet. We did some fishing right off the back deck. It was nice to sit out in the morning drinking coffee and watching boats pass by. Very relaxing.

Relaxing stay at the Water House

Our family absolutely loved staying at the Water House! The home is exactly as pictured in listing. Very nice, quiet neighborhood with tons of restaurants and stores very nearby. The floating dock is in great condition and was great way to keep our boat with us for our entire stay! The owner is kind and very helpful! Thank you so much for allowing our family to enjoy your house and our scalloping vacation!

Beautiful home

Conrad's home is perfect. The decor is lovely and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed. It was really nice having use of the gas grill also. The beautiful view from the spacious patio was our favorite part. We will definitely be coming back!

Great place to stay!

The property was exactly as pictured. Conrad was an excellent host and very helpful when we had a few questions. His responses throughout the whole process and stay was always immediate and very friendly. It was equipped with everything we needed. The location fit our needs perfectly. It’s obvious that much work and love has gone into the makeover of all spaces, inside and out of waterhouse. We were very comfortable there. A clean property with comfortable beds and a kitchen full of everything needed. Having a laundry room was a welcome bonus. Relaxing on the back patio was very nice. I highly recommend this property.

If you're wondering if you should stay here the answer is YES!

We stayed here the entire summer (may-aug 17th) and it was WONDERFUL. Conrad was very attentive and helpful. Very quick to respond and easy to work with. The house is immaculate and has everything you need. The light from the large window/doors is great! Staying on the canal is SO fun. My husband and sons saw a Manatee right off the dock while kayaking. The beach was amazing. We saw all sorts of wildlife including lots of dolphin! I cannot recommend this place enough. For our family is was a perfect summer. Thank you Conrad, for everything!!

Loved this vacation home!

This property has everything you need and more! The home is super cozy and it has great amenities. While in the house we enjoyed the games, the kayak and the fire pit on the back deck. Conrad made everything super easy! And we surely used all the recommendations he left for us! The area was great! We rented a second kayak to paddle on the canal and another day a boat from windsong (2 mins from the home). We also visited beautiful beaches around the area! Overall, an awesome vacation, we def enjoyed both the House and the area! Ps. Also nice neighborhood to go for a quick run or walk:)

Conrad was a great host. The house has everything you could possibly need. The location is very convenient. We saw many species of birds, dolphin and fish from the back patio. All in all we had a wonderful 2 month stay at Waterhouse. I would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful place on the canal! Has EVERYTHING you need!

This was a great little house for my family! Short drive from the airport, right on the canal, close to open water, and a private beach! Conrad was a great host. Always quick to respond, and he really has everything you need right at the house to enjoy your stay. The view is amazing! Saw dolphins right in front of the house! Kayaking was perfect right from the dock. We rented extra kayaks so the whole family could go - right down the street (Windsong - FYI got a groupon and saved money!) We took the dog to the dog beach on Honeymoon Island - beach was awesome and close. Checked out a local place Seaside Inn on the beach for dinner (great shrimp!), and went to Sam's in Hudson right on the water as well - you can bring the dog! THANKS for a great stay! Definitely will recommend this place to friends!

My family and I purchased this home in 2015 and fell in love with being on the water. The sound of the fish jumping at night and the sea breeze is something we enjoy. We live 20 minutes away and with 2 young kids it is hard to enjoy it all the time. We decided to let other people enjoy our home while we cannot be there.

My family and friends that have stayed at the house all say the same thing. It is a cozy home that is close to major retail and destinations but when you are sitting in the yard looking at the water you relax and feel like you are away from it all.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Being on the main channel for us is a plus. We enjoy seeing the boats pass by as they head out to the open water. The home is a short ride to Anclote island or the sand bar.
