This charming cottage can accommodate up to 6 people and offers comfort, functionality and a location that combines the best of both worlds. Your dog is also welcome.  The house contains: • 3 bedrooms – one with a 3/4 double bed and two with 2 single beds each • Bright living room with TV and direct access to the terrace • Well-equipped kitchen in open connection with the dining area • 2 bathrooms – one with a bathtub with a bubble function for two, which invites you to cozy relaxation after an active day • Free WiFi and TV  Location with life and coastal atmosphere The summer house is located between Agger Badehotel and Agger Feriecenter - just a few minutes walk from the North Sea. Here you live in the middle of the cozy town, where Agger Surf Bar brings life with music a few evenings a month during the high season. You can enjoy both the town's active holiday atmosphere and the magnificent nature of Thy National Park right outside your door.  Relaxation after the day's experiences When you return home from the beach, a surf trip or a city walk, you can relax in the house's bathtub with bubble function or enjoy the evening sun on the terrace.  Year-round rental The house is suitable for both holidays and weekend stays. It is non-smoking and is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
