Enjoy a modern holiday in Agger in this newly built 125 m² holiday home with room for 8 people, a hot tub, several terraces and a short distance to the North Sea and Thy National Park. Here you have a wonderful base for your holiday. The bright living area is the natural gathering point of the house, featuring a wood-burning stove, TV and Wi-Fi. Relax and spend quality time together after a day of exploring the surrounding nature. The modern kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. There are great facilities for both breakfast and cosy dinners. The house has three bedrooms. Two rooms have double beds, while the third has a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, washbasin and underfloor heating. One bathroom also features a double shower and washing machine (a tumble dryer is available in the garden shed). Outside, several terraces await you, one of which can be enclosed. Enjoy the heated hot tub with lights and bubbles, the hot and cold outdoor shower, or spend time together by the outdoor fireplace on the 1,179 m² natural plot. Agger offers beautiful scenery with sea, fjord, lake, dunes and heathland. There is approximately 970 metres to local shopping and 1.3 km to the coast, making it easy to combine relaxation with beach trips and fresh sea air. The area around Agger is part of Thy National Park and offers excellent opportunities for hiking and cycling. You are also close to Cold Hawaii and the area's many opportunities for water sports and nature experiences. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
