Built in 1936 near the tip of Wall Point. Quietly nestled in the woods of Wall Point, this property includes a summer cottage and a garage apartment on the other side of the deck. Take afternoon strolls to the beach at Barrett Park one mile west, and grab lobster rolls for lunch in bustling Boothbay Harbor two miles west. Revel in the Linekin Bay views as the sea breeze brushes your face from this serene property. Overlook and Seaview are also only 1.2 miles away from the center of Booth.

Spend your mornings kayaking, hiking, and jogging on the surrounding country roads, and return home to relax in the comfortable living space. Inside, you'll find all the creature comforts and conveniences you need during your stay, such as both homes including a fully-equipped kitchen. The outside area includes a grill, picnic table, and chairs in case you'd prefer to sear your meals. After dining, read the newspaper beneath the cathedral ceilings, and toss your clothes in the washer/dryer as you use the fast WiFi to make plans for the day ahead or take advantage of the smart TVs to watch something on your favorite apps.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
