A charming Florida apartment, less than 100 yards to the gorgeous, white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Comfortably furnished and thoughtfully equipped, two-bedroom, one-bath, first-floor apartment. The apartment features a full kitchen, back patio, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, HDTV, and complimentary access to laundry facilities. We are adjacent to a beautiful waterfront park with a sand volleyball court and a block away from the Splash Harbor Waterpark.

- Perfectly located in the heart of town, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars. With two free parking spots right at your door, you can park the car and explore everything on foot. Everything you need—fun, food, and essentials—is within walking distance.
Enjoy the convenience of two free parking spaces outside your door. Rentals for bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and jet skis are close by, and the beach trolley makes it easy to travel along the coast.

Kitchen supplies could use a refresh

Very minimal dish ware. Cups were so small that kuerig overflowed cups. Overall, a lot of wear and tear throughout house that need touch ups.

It was a very pleasant family trip, in a quiet place with a good location to the beach and restaurants and you can also take your pets, good communication with the hostess, I recommend it.

Perfect Vacation

The location was perfect. Management is superior. The family loved the apartment. Two fabulous restaurants within walking distant. Close to the beach & intercoastal waterway. Dog part a mile north. We'll be back for sure. A+++++

Lovely, comfy place in quiet neighborhood

Everything about this place was perfect for us.....super clean, cozy with many thoughtful touches. Indian Rocks Beach is great, very walkable to beach, waterway and restaurants. You can,t go wrong in choosing this spot!

Great apartment close to the beach

Mary's apartment is very clean and only 2 blocks from the beach. The on-site managers Kristy and Thomas are always available and eager to make your stay pleasurable. I would highly recommend this unit.

Very clean and comfortable

Clean and quiet (you don’t hear the bar across the street when inside). Small space but comfortable for two people. Huge 6 ft shower-ask for #5. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Very nice property manager!

Nice condo in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo in Indian Rocks Beach! it was clean, well-kept and nicely appointed. Very close to both the beach and the bay, plus right next door to a lovely small park. Indian Rocks is a very walkable town, with many good restaurants and a few interesting shops. Public transit is also very close by. The owner of the condo responds very quickly to questions. We plan to return!

Cute and convenient!

We really enjoyed our stay in Mary’s place - it was clean and bright. Good size kitchen and living area for a small group (we had two adults). My friend took the king bed which was comfortable and I had one of the twin beds - good for kids but a bit of a challenge for an adult used to a queen - but it was fine. They had all of the amenities we needed - including beach towels and chairs. Parking was right outside the front door - very convenient. Lots of restaurants close by and, most importantly, the beach was just two short, easily walkable blocks away. Only somewhat negative was the bathroom could use a refresh ( bit dated and the shower head/water pressure was pretty weak). Mary was very prompt with communications and super friendly on site! We’d definitely stay here again!

Cute, clean, quiet condo near the beach

We loved our stay at Mary’s condo. Location was close to the beach and so many stores and restaurants. Plus it was on a quiet side street. The condo was super clean and cozy. We had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation!

Pretty good

We wanted something off of Gulf Boulevard which was quieter. This was definitely it. Everything was clean inside upon our arrival. Everything was as advertised. Mary always responded to every question I had and was always responsive. We had a great time at the beaches and Busch Gardens!

Neighborhood Overview:
The location of the condo is great.. you have two parking spaces in front of the door, but you can leave the car parked the entire stay if you want. Pick up breakfast sandwiches from a variety of shops nearby. Wander over and enjoy breakfast by the sea. For lunch and dinner there is a wide variety to choose from: seafood restaurants, a steakhouse, wonderful pizza, Mexican, gourmet Italian, ice cream and homemade sweet shops... all within a few blocks. Do you want to send postcards- take a walk to the local post office. Visit the Indian Rocks History Museum across from the post office. Take a seat on a sightseeing boat tours or fishing charters. Have a ball at Splash Harbour Water park right next door! Everything you'll want and need is within a short walk from your apartment. Hop on the trolley to explore the other gulf beaches nearby.

Getting around:
Included in your reservation are two free parking spaces right outside your door. Rent bikes, kayaks, paddle boards or jet skis nearby. There is a beach trolley for getting around the beaches. Drive a mile drive off the beach across the bridge to supermarkets and larger stores.

Close by:
We are convenient to Clearwater Beach, (home of the Clearwater Marine Aquarium)
and only 30 min to St. Pete Beach, Downtown St. Pete, Tropicana Field, the Dali Museum, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Chihuly museum. We are a 45 minute drive to Tampa and Ybor City. Or, take a day trip to Orlando to visit Walt Disney World or Universal Studios (1.5 hours)
