great beach getaway

very nice locale tucked away in quiet neighborhood. view to east over channel. closet contained all the stuff you need for beach, about 3 blocks away. hot tub and kayak are a nice touch too.

Relaxing vibes

Girls getaway. It was just what we needed. The place was clean. The beds were super comfortable. After hanging at the beach we would sit out back and enjoy the bay side which was very relaxing. I was concerned with being on the bottom floor with noise from the above guest. There wasn't much because this condo is pretty sturdy. The only Con was the TV was tricky and one of the guest had a barking dog that wouldn't stop until the guest got home. I know our unit wasn't supposed to have pets and I'm not sure if that was the case for the other units. We would stay again.

Great location

We had a nice vacation. The view is stunning, we could even see dolphins. We had very friendly neighbors and the beach is so close. Even though the apartment was nice decorated, we think it needs some important updates, since many things must be very old (walls, kitchen, bathroom, electrical appliances, etc.). We also noticed, that the dishes and floors weren’t cleaned up very good before our arrival. The hosts could also have been more communicative with us… We still enjoyed our time there, the view und location was worth every penny.

Great experience

There were a few issues in the first day, the door lock was broken and the shower leaked. Brent was available and had them fixed right away. After that our 2 week stay was amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the dock or walking the 2 blocks to the beautiful beach. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of beach supplies to use, and walking distance to at least 4 restaurants. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Great location and relaxing

This condo is in a very nice location. You have peace and quiet while relaxing on the intracoastal on the many chairs provided. Ample wildlife to watch only just a couple minute walk to the beach. Everything we needed and owners were readily available if anything was needed.

Very comfortable with plenty of extras!

Wonderful stay. Clean and comfortable, with a wonderful view of the inter coastal waterway. Plenty of outdoor patio space, patio furniture and bbq grill so you can relax and take in the view. Also a dock for a try at fishing. A good supply of beach equipment that included a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and such made for a easy trip 2 short blocks to the beach. Close to many good seafood restaurants and a great our favorite the Paris Cafe. Thank you Brent for a the wonderful accommodations. Maple Grove, Mn. 4-30-18

Loved the setting!

Enjoyed everything about this location! Convenience to beach and quiet back yard! It was great to have the use of chairs and umbrella for the beach and girls had a blast playing tennis!

Very Unclean I would not recommend staying at this place.

When we arrived the kitchen floor was not clean, the refrigerator unclean and the sinks were not clean. The remotes to the TV and window blinds did not work. Perhaps they just needed batteries? The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the tub. The tub was so disgusting I cleaned myself before we showered. The laundry room was the most disgusting there was trash and dirt on the floor and the washer had an odor. The outdoor grill was so dirty and the cleaning tools were so worn out you could not clean the grill and in the middle of grilling the grill shut down. It was not the propane tank it was something with the controls. We have stayed in many places and always read the reviews to make our decision, We hope this review helps people in the future to know exactly what you will get if you stay here. Very disappointing to say the least.

Beautiful and relaxing place to stay!

We absolutely love this place! Super relaxing, quiet and comfortable. Don’t drive to the beach! The walk take 2 minutes to the uncrowded, sun filled serinity of Indian Rocks. Close to some really good restaurants or cook at home and enjoy the dolphins on the inter coastal while having dinner outside. We loved every minute of our stay. Brent, thank you so very much!!!

Not a bad property, love the view.

Brent was great after a little hiccup with the place not being ready on Christmas day. He made it right. The views from the back are great and your 2 blocks from the beach. We loved the location. Could use a few updates but overall nice location.

Great Location-Great Time

Great spot in a cove with dock access. 4 minute stroll to the beach and any dining needs can be met within easy walking distance. And if you never want to move your car there is a trolley within a 3 minute walk that will take you anywhere from Clearwater Beach to Treasure Island. Clean and comfortable. Thanks Brent and Alexis!

Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Florida and would stay again! I was really impressed by having the beach one block away and all of the amenities that the house provided. Thank you Brent for checking on us to see if we made it. Awesome place to stay!!

Great location

Easy walking distance to the beach, and they had some basic item there for us to use. Nice tennis courts and park also close by. Next time we are in the area we will stay here again.
