There are three bedrooms: a double and a twin on the first floor, served by a bathroom with a shower, basin and WC, and a king-size double on the second floor with its own bathroom, featuring a bath with handheld shower, basin and WC. There's also a cloakroom with basin and WC. The kitchen includes a dining area, underfloor heating and bi-fold doors leading to the garden. The sitting room has a woodburning stove for cosy evenings. Additional features include gas central heating, a Smart TV, WiFi, a coffee machine, washing machine, and a selection of books and games. Bed linen, towels, fuel, power and a starter pack for the stove are included. A cot with bedding, highchair and stair gate are available on request.
