Gated Los Lagos Community on Man-made Lake, next to Golf Course *30 day min stay

I'm disappointed to read this review that this guest left re their experience during their stay. To clarify a few points: Regarding the disposal: I'm confident I didn't inform the guest that a disposal wasn't necessary. Maintenance: I made every effort to address their concerns promptly, including sending a handyman three times to fix various issues, even those unrelated to the provided amenities (such as the pedal boat.) Those issues were light bulb out, ignition on the gas firplace, garbage disposal. The guest never "threatened" me to tell on me to get something fixed. I mailed the guest a new blender the day after she broke the blender. Never was told that the doorbell doesnt work. I never said a lock didnt work. Communication: While I strive to provide excellent customer service, the guest's communication was consistently demanding and disrespectful. I even suggested they consider canceling their reservation due to their initial interactions. Damages: Unfortunately, the guests caused damage to the property, loosing a patio cushion, leaving the doors open during a wind storm that cause the curtains to come off of the rods. Replacing individual cushions is often not possible due to the need for matching sets. I am glad that the guest thought that the rental price was good. Not worth my frustration for this stay.
