A fully equipped condominium located in The Cliffs Resort at Possum Kingdom Lake.

Experience breathtaking views of the lake from your private balcony, and take in unobstructed views of the North Texas sunset.

· The master bedroom includes a king size bed, which can be warmed by the nearby fireplace. The attached master bath contains an over-sized tub and separate tiled shower, ensuring privacy.

· The guest room has 2 full beds and a full bath is attached.

· In view from the entrance is the spacious, inviting living room, complete with a TV and cozy fireplace.

· Free, high-speed Wi-Fi and television are included.

· A fully equipped kitchen is ready for use, if you decide to forgo the excellent resort restaurant, and BBQ Grills are available just outside the condo for those that like to cook outdoors.

· Resort amenities include: The Chaparral Restaurant and Grill, the Cliffs Spa, a conference center, marina with slip rentals, boat rentals and much more.

· The Cliffs has an 18-hole Championship Golf course that will challenge golfers of every skill level. With gorgeous, rolling prairies, and stunning views of the lake, it will surely be a round to remember.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this condo at The Cliffs Resort and would give it 10 out of 10 stars without hesitation.The property was exactly as described, beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners take great pride in providing a first-class experience. The condo was comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The balcony was very large and overlooked the Marina, which was very relaxing and peaceful. The condo location made it easy to enjoy all the resort amenities and lake activities.What truly set this stay apart was the host. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Every question was answered quickly, check-in was seamless, and the entire process was stress free. It is rare to find a host who is this responsive, helpful, and easy to work with.Whether you're looking for a family getaway, a couples trip, or simply a relaxing weekend at the lake, this property is an excellent choice. We would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to our friends and family without hesitation.Thank you for a wonderful stay, we can't wait to come back!

Labor Day vacation

Great place to stay. Restaurant and boat rental on sight. Beach for younger kids to swim. Fantastic pool area. Deer all around was a cool sight everyday. Would highly recommend. Hope to be back next year.

Thank you for your response and hope you will be able to enjoy the condo again on a future trip! Late summer and early fall are great times to be on the lake and at the resort, as both are less crowded.

GREAT GETAWAY!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. Our family has come to the Cliffs Resort for years and have always enjoyed our stay. These condos have a beautiful view of the lake. They are spacious and clean. The resort offers access to the marina, beach area, pools, restaurants, and golf course. Our family always ask to come here at least once a year! We will definitely be back!

Glad you had a great 4th holiday at the condo and resort! We would love for you to stay with us again! Late Sept, early Oct is a great time to come when the lake is less crowded and the temperatures are cooler.

Everything was great. Need better pillows. Master B/R closet door missing. The VRBO add showed a different condo which was ok because the one we stayed in was more updated. .

Great Stay on PK

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs. The location of these units within the Cliffs Resort was perfect for me. They are right down by the water with a balcony overlooking the lake and marina. It is great if you are keeping your boat in the water at the courtesy dock for the weekend, as the fact that you can see your boat from the units lends a sense of security. Not to mention the fact that we loved the huge patio. The resort has all the amenities we needed with a really nice launch ramp, trailer storage, the marina/courtesy dock, pool, restaurant, etc. The abundant deer and wildlife were also a nice touch. I also liked the vibe of the resort, as it has a "lake life" kind of feel. It was just a really nice stay over all, and I'll be back. The unit itself was nice and clean and roomy and well kept. Just make sure to bring all the accoutrements (spices, oil, coffee filters, etc) you need for cooking, as the kitchen is only stocked with dishes. This is not a complaint...just an FYI. I would also like to mention that Randy and Krista were very communicative and accommodating. An early check-in and late check-out were important to me, and they made it a priority. Thanks for a nice time Possum Kingdom and The Cliffs!

Best Vacation EVER!

Stop looking! Book this property! This condo is perfect in every way. The condo is actually much larger than what it appears in the pictures. My husband and I and our 16 year old son had more than enough room. Six adults or two small families would be very comfortable. The view is beautiful! If we weren't on the lake, we were enjoying the huge balcony and feeding the deer. Don't forget to take apples and carrots or you will miss out on a lot of fun! It rained the 1st night we were there and we all sat on the balcony like potatoes watching the rain. It is so wonderfully peaceful and quiet. We appreciated being so close to the lake & seeing our boat at the marina from the condo. We've rented several properties through VRBO over the years and this one is our favorite! At other properties we have paid a cleaning fee and the "check out procedure" required a lot of cleaning and sometimes even laundry. I am not opposed to a little cleaning but I didn't know what I was missing out on when I realized the check out was like that of any hotel... we packed & left! Fantastic! The condo is well stocked w/ coffee, soap, detergents, etc. The washer & dryer make it easy to go home with clean clothes; if you care about that sort of thing. The kitchen is well equipped and large with a lot of storage. I really appreciated the ability to put our things away in a cabinet or drawer without having to move around someone else's stuff. The resort amenities are a HUGE bonus! The boat slips, boat ramp, swimming pools, spa, and the Chaparral Grille make everything so convenient. We all had a very relaxing massage at the spa which is a great start to a day on the lake. The breakfast buffet at the Grille is wonderful! Dinner is also fantastic but reservations are strongly recommended - especially weekends. We found that The Harbor Grille across the cove is really easy to get to by boat if you want to take a lake break with out "moving out" of the boat. The courtesy docks are easily accessible, the food is really good, and they don't seem to mind if you look like a lake rat. Thursday & Friday lake traffic was minimal but it gets pretty busy by Saturday afternoon. We live in the Fort Worth area and the drive to the Cliffs is less than 90 minutes + NO traffic. We only stayed for 3 days... 3 completely perfect days! We will be back as soon as possible!
