This amazing and spacious condo is only minutes away from the slopes at Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts. It is the perfect place to relax and get away. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views in the daylight, and spend your evenings in the hot tub on a private deck while stargazing. Escape and relax in our authentic Western & Native American décor after your day on the slopes! Then to complete your day, downtown shopping and nightlife are a short ride away or within walking distance for the adventurer.

Our Park City condo offers the perfect mountain setting for your next ski vacation, mountain retreat activities or joining in the fun at the Sundance Film Festival. We hope that you love our home, and some of the best skiing that Utah has to offer as much as we do!

On our cancellation policy, if you have an emergency, please contact us directly and we will do our best to work with you to give you full credit towards a new reservation.

Great Location - Just as advertised

Walkable to the shuttle and to town. Clean property - very well maintained. Loved the kitchen - all of the materials looked brand new, from pots and pans to knives and dishes. Also loved the private hot tub. Communication wtih the property manager was outstanding. Thanks for everything!

Great for ski trip and family

Great location. Very easy to get to Main St. Everything is as advertised and the host was readily available and helpful with local information. Really enjoyed the private hot tub on the large balcony. The three car garage was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable and relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay! Getting in and settled was easy. So nice to be able to use the garage. The house was well equipped and clean and cozy. We had some great family time. I highly recommend this property.

Bus-system Location

The condo is a short 1-2 min walk to the bus stop and has great views and amenities. Very easy check-in and out. 3BR 3Bath with great common space.

Finally, a unique VRBO!

We enjoyed our stay at this Park City townhouse for so many reasons. The location is terrific. Close enough to walk to town, right up the hill from shuttle stop, beautiful views and quiet area. The beds were dreamy. The kitchen is very well equipped. The agent was so very nice and easy to communicate with.Everything about this place was perfect for our family. And the best part - it had character, it was beautifully decorated and equipped, and it was spacious. Not the typical boring rental. We loved this place and are so thankful we found it for our trip.

Great for Ski Trip

The location was great - right off a bus stop and a short walk to downtown. The condo was spacious and well stocked. One big disappointment was that the hot tub was not working. Access to a hot tub was a huge consideration for my group when choosing where to stay. The property manager did send maintenance out and was great to work with but they were unable to fix it.

Great bedroom setup for three couples

A great property in a great location. The bedroom/bathroom setup was perfect for three couples. We were very close to the free bus shuttle (Sunspot bus stop) and not far from downtown. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware, a slow cooker, dishes, dish towels, cleaning supplies, etc. There was a nice assortment of staples like spices, cooking oil, aluminum foil, lunch bags, etc. There is a three-car garage where we were able to park a giant Chevy Suburban. The hot tub was great. There are hair dryers in every bathroom. Ample towels. There were just a few downsides. The apartment and the bathrooms are dark. It was hard to manage contact lenses or apply makeup. Some countertop makeup mirrors would make a big difference. Also, there is no dining table. Four people can eat at the counter and two can sit at the table, but there is no room to sit and play cards or eat together, other than on the sectional. Communication with the property manager was fine and we had no issues during our stay.

Presidents week

Unit is in great location. The upstairs bedroom is more of a loft because it is open to downstairs so it lacks some privacy. We also had to buy our own firewood and ice trays which was disappointing. The desk top jacuzzi is amazing with great views.

Great ski getaway

The property was very clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home during our ski getaway. We were a quick 10 minute sidewalk walk to downtown park city and a very short drive to Deer Valley skiing.

Fantastic Townhouse

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The rooms were large with great furnishings and everyone had their own bathroom. Having a hot tub was very nice after skiing. Location was within walking distance to town. I highly recommend this condo.

Christmas 2019

Our family had a nice stay at this condo. We appreciated that the condo was clean, everything worked, pots and pans were good quality, the beds were comfortable, the towels were thick and plentiful (nice to have separate towels for the hot tub), and the products were name brand and not some off brand that just didn’t work well. There were also some staples like coffee, salt & pepper, cooking oil, condiments (in the fridge), etc. We appreciated that. We’ve rented condos for almost 2 decades, so we’ve had some less than ideal ones and some nice ones. This one was nice. The garage is 3 car, so it was nice to be able to park our one vehicle in the two car space. There was plenty of room for our ski stuff in the garage. We do have a few comments however that we want to share with future renters. One of the bedrooms is a loft bedroom and we have both night owls and early birds in our family. When we have separate bedroom spaces that can be closed off from the main living area, we can address the wants/needs of everyone. Across from the loft bedroom is a floor to ceiling window with a door wall below it. The window covering is electrical and did not work. It was in the open position, so the sleeping space was light filled and could hear the downstair noises. (The window treatment opening/closing did not work.) I use a hairdryer to dry and style my short hair. If you’re like me and count on a blowdryer for styling, bring your own hair dryer. The one there was old and a low wattage (1600 watts), inadequate for my needs. We like to eat as a group or family. Four of us could sit at the kitchen counter, the other 2 could stand or sit at a small table nearby. We’re known to sit and chat for awhile, so this set up wasn’t conducive for that. We liked the location, it was easy to get to the PC Mountain Resort where the family skied. It was a short drive to Main Street and all that area has to offer. We had good weather, it snowed the first 3 days we were there, the skiers liked that. There’s nothing quite as magical as relaxing in a private hot tub looking at the stars with a light snow falling around you. The deck is large, and in the warmer weather it would be a great space to spend time. Rosie and Jerry, Bloomfield Hills, MI

Beautiful condo, with a great location

This is the best condo my family has stayed at. It is spacious, beautifully decorated. Very well stocked kitchen, with its own private hot tub. Very large garage. Easy access.The location is the best. You can either walk 10min into town or walk 400ft to the bus stop. Access to Deer Valley for skiing is easy, the bus comes every 7 min. Then it's only a 5 min ride. We hope to stay here again.
