Lux Condo in Aspens-3 min. walk to PC Mtn. Resort - 10% off '27 ski dates!

This perfect winter retreat is nestled in an aspen grove on quiet Crescent Road adjoining Park City Mountain Village base. Only 2-3 minutes easy walk (~200 yards) to the end of our road is the edge of CB's run, where you can step into your skis or board and the First Time/3 Kings lift base is just a slight downhill (10 seconds) ski away (check out photos for a perspective of how close we are!). Silver Star lift base is a ~6-7 minutes walk (<600 yards) in the other direction towards the entrance of our road, and includes a a ski rental shop and the Silver Star CafƩ, a restaurant open for weekday lunch, weekend brunch, and dinner nightly, with take-out available. (note: Silver Star lift opens mid-winter, when snow conditions permit.)

If you're not skiing/boarding at the (walkable) Park City Mountain Village base area, Park City's Canyons Village base is 10 minutes away by car, as is Deer Valley (skiers only, Ikon Pass). Cottonwood Canyon resorts (Snowbird, Alta (skiers only), Brighton, Solitude), which all utilize Ikon Passes, are each around 50-55 minutes by car. Snowbasin (also Ikon) is just over one hour away by car.

Only minutes ride away is Park City's historic Main Street with its shops, bars and restaurants. Why drive to Main Street and hassle with parking? A stop for Park City Transit's free bus system is 4 minutes walk from the condo on Three Kings Drive. Buses run every 15-30 min. from 6:30AM-11PM. Route 2 (Green) loops first to the Park City Mountain Village base, then to the Transit Center at the base of Main Street, continuing on to the Deer Valley base. Route 3 (Blue) is the return route. If walking is your thing, a walk to Main Street is 15-20 minutes. Uber and Lyft both operate in PC. From the condo, the closest grocery stores and liquor store are a close 3 min. drive.

Our kitchen has lots of cabinet storage and is well equipped with everything you might have available at home; appliances are all full size and arranged for your convenience with a counter (seats 3) available for casual dining. A large open great room (family, dining and kitchen) makes up the main floor that has windows on three sides facing a beautiful aspen grove. (Check out photos!) The main dining area seats six, and three more can be seated at the counter. Outside against the aspens, a big open summer deck with a BBQ and a smaller covered deck await.

The family room is open and spacious, and includes a large surround soft leather sofa (seats 5-6 adults comfortably) plus two comfy chairs, all with foot stools and all arranged around a cozy natural gas fireplace and 75 inch 4K flatscreen above-mantel Smart TV. Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Hulu, Apple+, Paramount+ (includes Showtime) are available for complementary streaming. Also included are Xfinity X1 HD cable box/DVR with voice remote and a DVD player.

Both bedrooms have flat screen wall-mounted 4K Smart TVs with the same streaming/cable TV possibilities as in the family room. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed. (bottom bunk is full size, top bunk is twin). Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with separate single vanities. The primary bedroom has large tiled shower w/bench and a Toto Washlet. The 2nd bathroom has a tiled shower/deep tub combination.

Note: Bath towel counts are based on reservation person count. Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in our unit at no chargeā€”laundry soap & dryer sheets are furnished. There are no housekeeping services during your stay.

For those who wish to squeeze in two more (total of eight) guests, we also have on hand a queen-size Aerobed-type mattress that can be set up in the family/dining room for sleeping. Since there are three full bathrooms, even those extra guests can have their own. (Charge for each guest > 6 = $10 per day due to laundry charges). A Pack n' Play and high chair are also on hand if you have a little one with you.

This condo is a fabulous place to stay. It is well maintained and provides every amenity you could wish for; the hosts obviously use the property themselves so it is set up for real living. Todd, the host, is very good at communicating and anticipating. The location is good for walking to restaurants and Park City itself. We didn't ski unfortunately because the weather was too warm and there wasn't enough snow but we had a great time taking day trips.

My son and I stayed here for our visit to Park City. It was excellent. I have nothing but positive things to stay. It was just as advertised, nothing misleading. It was steps to the slopes and a very short drive to Main Street (you could walk if you wanted a nice 20 minute walk). Todd reache dout multiple times to see if everything was ok and was super responsive. We would DEF stay here again.

One word - PERFECT! This place has it all and more. It is clean, cozy, stocked with amenities, beautiful scenery and an amazing host. Todd provided us with everything we could need and answered every text/question I had during our stay. My daughter was trying to convince us to purchase the property from Todd before we left (I think itā€™s easier to just be a repeat guest :). We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay and this property played a big part in that. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Lovely condo in a great location

Very comfortable accommodation and well-laid out floor plan. Incredibly wellā€”equipped kitchen, lovely family room with comfy leather couch and large TV. We walked to the slopes. Host was very accommodating and super helpful. Best home rental experience Iā€™ve had.

Perfect location for Park City Skiing! Todd was great to work with and very communicative. The Condo was even bigger than expected with incredible views. Easy walk to the First Timer and terrain park lifts. 10 minute drive to downtown or an inexpensive Uber ride. Would and will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here with my husband & 2 teenagers for a ski weekend and absolutely loved everything about it - would stay here again & recommend to others. Owner gave us extremely detail oriented instructions about everything we could possibly need & was very responsive to questions. The place had literally everything you needed, very comfortable & very well decorated - beautiful view. We walked to the ski slope which was very easy. Had the most magical visit!

Great condo at fantastic location

Our family 4 had a great stay at Todd's condo over the winter break. The condo was extremely comfortable (especially the well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds and the awesome fireplace) and the walk to the slope was easy as advertised. We also appreciated the 3rd bathroom and the in-unit washer/dryer. If/when we return to park city for skiing again, we hope to return to Todd's condo.

Weekend in The Aspens

Had a wonderful weekend with my family of 5 in Park City at this nice condo. It juts out into the woods from the surrounding buildings so that it feels very private. 2 bedrooms with three bathrooms gave us plenty of space. Very well appointed with all the kitchen items necessary to prepare meals at home. Info packett on the counter was exhaustive with every aspect of the home and surrounding services delineated in great detail. Complimentary coffee, wine, linens and paper products were an added touch. About a 200 yard walk to slopes to ski down to nearest lift and we got great snow. Ski was in was a little hampered by the fact that they were grooming the slopes closest to the condo the weekend we were there. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

Prime Location for Skiing

This condo was perfect for my family. We were there for skiing, and the location of this condo made it so easy. Less than a flat two minute walk to and from the run. While too far for us to walk downtown in winter, it was an easy 5-8 minute drive, and we never had any issues finding parking. Groceries and ski rentals and restaurants were all close by. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and nicely done. The host is so very attentive, quick with responses to any questions, but we had very few questions because the host had already provided all needed information, and the guest book at the condo had it all as well. The view from the living/dining room was so peaceful. We looked out at snow and trees, so it felt like a true getaway. There are a number of stairs to get down to the condo, but they are well maintained, never were icy. It is a bottom level condo, so we did hear the footsteps of those above us when they arrived halfway through the week, but it was never an issue. This was a great place to stay, and I would stay here again the next time we are in Park City.

Perfect for us

For us, this condo was perfect. So close we could walk every day to the slopes. Condo is in great condition and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This vacation getaway has been in our family since the Crescent Ridge Condos were built in 1972. We live only 30 minutes away in Salt Lake, and rent it out only during the ski season. We escape to the solitude of the condo often during the rest of the year.

Quiet spot in an aspen grove is hard to beat. You seem so far away from civilization, but in reality the condo has everything you need and expect in a home away from home, and anything/everything is nearby.
