Discover the beauty of the Parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo at Villa Fontitune, nestled in the picturesque hamlet of Fontitune, five minutes away from the historic town of Picinisco.

This beautiful villa offers a serene retreat with 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, perfect for couples, families or groups seeking both relaxation and adventure in a pristine mountain climate. Enjoy the convenience of 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms with mountain vistas, 2 bathrooms with showers, kitchen, living room and washroom.

Guests are treated to a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob and oven. The villa also includes a washing machine and ironing facilities, heating for those cooler evenings, high-speed wireless internet for remote working, gaming or entertainment, and smart 4K TVs with streaming apps.

Enjoy outdoor dining on our terrazza, sunbath on the balcony or relax with a glass of wine soaking in the most incredible sunset over the Valle di Comino at our 'Bar Bellavista'.

You will have exclusive access to the main house, its kitchen and living room, and all external areas such as the terrazza and balcony.

Villa Fontitune includes a smaller apartment to the side, which is for the private use of the owners. This is not accessible to guests and does not form part of the Rental Agreement. However, the owners will not be present during your stay.

The default rate is for up to 2 guests. It includes one double bedroom and one bathroom.

The second double bedroom will be opened upon reservations of 3-4 people. The second bathroom will also be made available.

The third bedroom has two single beds and will be opened for reservations of 5-6 people.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Villa.

Parties are not permitted.

Pets are not permitted.
