The building also features a well-equipped fitness center where you can exercise surrounded by the peace of the ocean, and a gorgeous club room designed for entertaining with a bar, kitchen and dining tables.

Sophisticated, tropical décor strikes the perfect balance for a relaxing getaway, with unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean. Near the front door, a bay living room is designed for pure relaxation, overlooking the Halifax River and the lively city below, and includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

Further inside, unwind in the oceanfront living room on plush, comfortable furnishings with a flat-screen TV. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats 4, with 3 more bar stools along the kitchen counter and an eat-in nook with both bench and chair seating, so there's room for everyone at mealtimes. To make chores less of a chore on your getaway, there is also a full size laundry room.

The oceanfront primary suite features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet and a private sliding glass door to the balcony. The primary bathroom offers an oversized walk-in shower, a double vanity and an oval garden tub. The oceanfront second bedroom is more like a second primary suite, with its own king bed, walk-in closet, connecting full bathroom and private sliding glass door to the balcony, making it perfect for couples traveling together. The third bedroom, located near the front of the condo, has two full beds and a connecting full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Altogether, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage with one reserved space for this condo, plus parking for one additional vehicle on the main level on a first come, first served basis. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, though only the one assigned space can be guaranteed. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
