The second room is 10 square meters and features a queen-size bed, a side table, and a simple hanger. Its minimalist design and electric shutters ensure complete darkness for a restful sleep.

Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning, focused bedside lamps for undisturbed reading, and electric shutters to ensure a premium sleep experience.

The kitchen:
The kitchen, though compact has the necessities to make simple meals. It includes modern appliances and all the necessary cookware. Its efficient layout includes modern appliances, adequate counter space and you'll find essentials like a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and other practical items. The bathroom:

Thissio is a charming, historic neighborhood in the heart of old Athens, known for its picturesque pedestrian streets, one of which leads directly to the iconic Acropolis Hill and the Parthenon. Within walking distance, you'll find the lively districts of Plaka, Psyrri, and Monastiraki, along with the Acropolis Museum, the Ancient Agora, and the cultural hubs of Gazi and Technopolis. The area is surrounded by a rich tapestry of archaeological sites, cozy cafés, diverse restaurants, churches, museums, and bustling open markets, all waiting to be explored.

The apartment is situated on the top floor of an old building in one of the eldest neighborhoods in Athens. There is a few steps to get to the ground floor of the building, where you will find a small elevator to the 4th floor and then a 20 steps staircase to reach the flat entrance on the 5th floor. Although we welcome all families and individuals, accessibility might be hard if you require special vehicles.

Bathroom ceiling height:
The bathroom although stylish, is a bit small. Consider ceiling height of 2,05 meters before booking (if you are an individual over 1,90 cm in height, you might find it uncomfortable).

New taxes have recently been introduced in Greece, applicable to all reservations made after January 1, 2024, which may affect the total booking price. Specifically:
A Climate Resilience Tax (0.50€ or 1.50€ per night, depending on the season) will be required at the end of your stay.
