The Rustic Loft Apartment

This bright apartment is located on the vibrant Witte de Withstraat in the heart of Rotterdam.
After a day of sightseeing in Rotterdam, you`ll find plenty of great restaurants and lively bars along Witte de Withstraat. Public transport including the metro and tram, is available within 30 meters of the apartment.

Verification check: submit selfie with ID and if necessary the proof of the purpose of your stay. This is to ensure no illegal activities in our premises.
• Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere within the premises except outdoor areas. If this rule is broken, a fee of €250 will be charged.
• Be considerate to the neighborhood community and neighbours.
• For any stains or damages made during your stay, additional charges will be applicable for cleaning or replacement.
• Please keep the volume to a minimum from 22:00 – 09:00.
• Strictly no parties or loud music.
• Furniture must be placed back in its original position upon departure. If housekeeping needs to move it, a €100 fee will be charged.
• Do not drill or stick items to walls or surfaces.
• Losing a key will result in an additional fee of €50.
