Pool heating is available from November through April, making it even easier to enjoy the water during the cooler months.

The pool reaches approximately 9 feet at its deepest point.

With three spacious bedrooms, White Bird of Paradise comfortably accommodates up to 8 registered guests.

Primary Bedroom

A comfortable retreat featuring a queen-size adjustable electric bed, a full-over-twin bunk bed, a large wall-mounted TV, generous closet space, and a beautifully renovated en-suite bathroom.

Second Bedroom

Relax in a comfortable king-size bed with a ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV, spacious closet, and a bookshelf with reading material.

Third Bedroom

Features a comfortable queen-size bed, ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV, spacious closet, and books for leisurely reading.

Extra linens and blankets are provided for your comfort.

Three Full Bathrooms + One Half Bathroom

With 3.5 bathrooms, getting ready for a day at the beach or an evening out is easy.

The spacious primary bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower with a built-in bench, double sinks, illuminated mirrors, fresh towels, and a Bluetooth speaker for enjoying music or podcasts.

Another bathroom offers a bathtub and shower combination.

A convenient half bathroom provides additional comfort for guests.

You’ll also find a full, air-conditioned bathroom near the outdoor entertainment area, along with beach essentials to make your Sarasota adventures even easier.

Relax, Watch a Movie & Feel at Home

The main living room offers a welcoming place to unwind, featuring comfortable sofas, a chaise lounge, an electric fireplace, and a large 75-inch smart TV.

There’s also a second living area with another TV, a sofa bed, and board games, including Monopoly.

Whether everyone wants to watch a movie together or spread out and enjoy their own space, there’s room to do both.

A Kitchen Made for Vacation Living

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, whether you’re preparing a family dinner or enjoying a simple breakfast before heading to the beach.

You’ll find modern appliances and thoughtful extras, including:

* Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods
* Drip coffee maker
* Air fryer
* Blender
* Popcorn machine
* Cookware, dishes, utensils, and cooking essentials

To help you settle in, we also provide a selection of breakfast treats and essentials, including bread, butter, jams, honey, and coffee.

The indoor dining table accommodates up to eight guests, making it a wonderful place to share meals and memories.

A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

From morning coffee and breakfast treats to fresh linens, beach essentials, and inviting spaces throughout the house, our goal is simple: help you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

We’re always happy to help with local recommendations or anything you may need during your visit, while respecting your privacy and allowing you to enjoy your vacation at your own pace.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire home, swimming pool, backyard, and outdoor entertainment areas, except for locked utility and maintenance closets.

A Few Things to Know

Maximum occupancy: Strictly limited to 8 registered guests.

Pool heating: Available seasonally from November through April. Pool temperature may vary depending on weather conditions.

Pool maintenance: Our pool service normally visits on Wednesdays around noon. Service takes place outdoors and does not require access to the house.

Pool equipment: The pool circulation system operates automatically from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Please do not adjust the equipment. Due to nearby trees, occasional leaves may enter the pool.

Lawn maintenance: Outdoor lawn service takes place periodically and does not require access to the house.

Quiet hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful residential setting.

Parties and events: Not permitted. Unregistered guests are not allowed.

Noise monitoring: For transparency, the property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device. It measures sound levels but does not record audio or conversations. Excessive noise may trigger a notification requesting that sound levels be reduced. Tampering with the device is not permitted.
