Welcome to beach resort luxury at its finest! Caribe Resort is one of the best condo complexes on the Alabama Gulf Coast with an excellent reputation. It sits on the corner of Perdido Pass with gorgeous views up and down the coastline, pass, and bay. Caribe Resort has FANTASTIC AMENITIES. Each building has its own saltwater outdoor pool with slides, indoor heated saltwater pool with Jacuzzi, and exercise facility. The resort also has a lazy river, a poolside bar/grill, natural and artificial golf putting areas, numerous tennis courts, a basketball court, bocci ball courts, a deli, an ice cream shop, a 4 star restaurant, boat/jet ski rental, pier for fishing and docking your boat, and fishing charters are all right on the property. You never have to leave the resort!

You will find that our condo is one of the most updated units in the building as it was just updated and remodeled. It has new paint and all new furniture throughout the entire space so it is like a brand new condo. The condo is a spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath 1976 square foot unit with a panoramic location with an extensive balcony providing the amazing direct bay views. The unit 9 foot ceilings, upscale fixtures and appliances, carpet in the bedrooms, and tile everywhere else. The décor is gorgeous and you will love all of the brand new furniture throughout the condo!

MASTER BEDROOM SUITE

The Master Suite is very spacious and has new and very comfortable tempurpedic king size bed. It overlooks the gulf with beautiful views through many floor to ceiling windows and has a sliding glass door to the balcony. The 32 inch HDTV is also a great luxury. The bathroom includes two sinks, a stand up shower with double shower head, a separate large Jacuzzi bathtub, and walk-in closet.

GUEST BEDROOM SUITE ONE

Guest Bedroom Suite One includes its own new king size bed along with new furniture. The 32 inch HDTV is an added feature. The bathroom has ample closet space with its own bath and shower.

GUEST SUITE TWO

Guest Bedroom Suite Two has two twin x-long sized pillow top beds along with a flat screen 32 inch HDTV. The third full bathroom is adjacent.

LIVING AREA

The living area is spacious and includes stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows that span two walls. It has a new beautiful leather sectional sleeper sofa with a 65 inch HD Flat Screen, and HD Cable service. The sliding glass door opens up to the panoramic wrap-around balcony. The living area also includes a wet bar.

THE BALCONY

The extensive wrap-around balcony gives a spectacular direct bay views of the gulf and Perdido Pass The balcony has a table and seating for 6 to enjoy the views. The large over sized Sunbrella chairs are amazing so that you can enjoy early morning sunrises and late evenings watching the bay.

THE DINING AREA

The dining area has a very large round table with seating for 4 along with 4 bar stools for extra seating. The floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door in the dining area provides great views of the beach and access to the balcony.

THE KITCHEN

The recently updated kitchen is well stocked with all your needs to prepare any meal. Lots of cabinet space, granite countertops, Kitchen Aide stainless appliances, and other small appliances provide everything you need. A coffee maker, coffee, blender, crock pot, can opener, and toaster oven are included on the counter tops.

OTHER AMENITIES

For your convenience there is also a high efficiency washer and dryer. Dryer, iron, luxury shower heads, vacuum cleaner, and a broom/dustpan. Caribe Resort provides Free WiFi throughout the property as well as onsite Security.
