Cleaning Practices:
You will be impressed by our recently remodeled and extra clean condo at the Coronado Shores . We take traveler safety very seriously by taking extra precautions to keep our condo clean. We are sanitizing everything inside the condo including all door knobs, dresser knobs, and cabinet handles. In addition to our normal cleaning practices, we are also dry cleaning all duvet covers and pillow shams after each guest's stay. All blankets and blanket inserts are washed and cleaned, as well.

Property Details:
The Coronado Shores Towers has around the clock Door Personnel and Security. You must have a key fob and ID card to enter the common areas such as the four pools in our complex, tennis courts, and the Beach Club. You will also need the key fob to enter the elevators and common area doors in our building.

The La Sierra Tower is the second of ten high rise condominiums built in the Coronado Shores complex and is considered one of the best buildings based on its location and management team. The La Sierra Tower is located on the beach and within steps of the world renowned Hotel Del Coronado. You are a short walk to “uptown” (aka Orange Avenue), which has many wonderful restaurants and unique shops. There is also a Von’s grocery store that offers online home delivery service which is so convenient!

This 3 bedroom / 3 bath corner unit is located on the 4th floor with stunning views of Glorietta Bay, the iconic Hotel Del Coronado, the Coronado Bridge, and Coronado Beach which was named one of the top 10 Beaches in the US by Dr. Beach per CNN's Travel web site. The condo has been completely renovated, such as brand new windows throughout, including a multi panel wall of windows in kitchen and a multi slider patio door, top of the line appliances, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave oven. All bedrooms have 55 inch SMART flat screen TV's. There is a 65 inch SMART flat TV in the living room. It is equipped with Premium TV packages and high speed internet. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet . Guest Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and a full bath across the hall. Guest Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Since our condo has no gas and is all electric, a carbon monoxide detector is not necessary.

Note: The Coronado Shores presents a welcoming array of amenities to enrich your stay. When possible, we get advance notification of maintenance or repairs being done in our Coronado Shores complex. There are times when maintenance and repairs may need to be done quickly without advance notice in order for the Coronado Shores to continue to be a desirable property and an enjoyable experience. We have no control over circumstances that may limit access to or use of facilities and amenities, or of maintenance and repairs on the building or grounds that may cause noise, dust, etc. We do our best to advise renters of planned work or known conditions that may impact a guest’s use. We are currently aware that work to renovate water pipes and electrical panels in our building is scheduled for Fall 2025. Work begins early September and ending mid-November, before Thanksgiving. The work will be in the upper portion of the building. There may be some temporary HVAC and water interruptions and noise on the upper floors during this work. We don’t know if it will directly impact our unit; notifications will be posted during the work period.
