With three balconies offering stunning views across Perranporth Beach and out to sea, this fabulous apartment is a marvellous getaway for families, couples and friends looking for a tranquil holiday retreat. Providing beautiful accommodation for up to six guests, the apartment is part of an impressive elevated beachside development ideally positioned for exploring the glorious coastline of West Cornwall. Set on the ground floor, this stylish property is tastefully decorated in cool refreshing shades and is elegantly furnished throughout, making an ideal base for discovering the area’s serene countryside, quaint harbours and glorious beaches.

A low sloping path leads to the shared entrance hall which leads to this delightful apartment. Inside you will find the fresh and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating, a Smart TV, Bluetooth sound system and floor-to-ceiling windows leading out onto the first private balcony. The central dining table is perfect for enjoying all your favourite family dishes which you can rustle up in the sleek, beautifully equipped kitchen to the rear. The apartment features a refreshing bathroom and three light, relaxing bedrooms: a cheerful twin, and two lovely super-king-size rooms, both with private balconies and one with a separate dressing room. All three balconies have outdoor furniture so you can unwind and take in the glorious sea views. There’s also a shared garden area with a handy outside tap for washing sand off after a day on the nearby beach.

With a range of fantastic restaurants and pubs just metres away, the apartment is a short stroll from the beautiful sandy beach which is perfect for swimming, rock pooling and water sports. The South West Coast Path passes nearby, perfect for walkers and nature lovers. Local attractions include Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm, Llama Land and Lappa Valley, all within 7.5 miles.

- 2 bathrooms – 1 with shower over the bath with WC and 1 shower room with walk-in shower and WC, additional WC

- Induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, De’Longhi pump espresso coffee machine, dishwasher and air fryer

- Travel cot (please bring your own linen), highchair

- Smart TV with Netflix, TNT Sports and Bluetooth sound system

- Please bring your own beach towels

- Mobile signal is variable

- Three private balconies and a shared garden area

- Allocated parking space in a shared car park. Allocated Parking (space no. 16) for 1 car provided in communal parking area. There is a permit in the property that will need to be displayed in the car within 15 minutes of arrival after which the parking company can issue a PCN. Please remember to return the permit prior to your departure for the next visitor. Additional public parking available

- Allocated secure surf storage facility available

- Shop, pub and beach 0.5 miles

- Ground-floor apartment reached by a wide, low sloping path – access is also available via a lift from the lower ground floor
