Set on the banks of River Stour, this waterside complex is the ideal base for exploring Dorset, Hampshire and the fragile beauty of the New Forest. Christchurch itself is home to a bustling high street and wide range of independent shops and eateries. For history lovers the 11th Century priory is a must see, or head east to Highcliffe Castle. Entertain the little ones with a trip to the splashpark and play area at The Quomps or visit one of the many attractions within 3 miles including Hengistbury Head with its panoramic views across to the Isle of Wight, Mudeford Beach and Quay or vibrant Southbourne, which is a haven for foodies.
Part of a complex of similar properties, a shared approach leads to a private covered car port, giving access to the entrance door of this attached property. Once inside stairs lead up to the first of several levels in this town house style accommodation. The comfortable lounge is complete with a Smart TV and is the perfect spot for relaxing after a day spent exploring. Just next door is a handy separate WC. On the next level is a sociable kitchen with space to dine together and two of the three bedrooms, a twin and a double. Further stairs lead to the king-size bedroom, which has views of the river and a striking vaulted ceiling. A contemporary shower room is also on this floor, which completes the accommodation.
From the kitchen/diner head out onto the balcony, with space for two to sit and enjoy the river views. Head to the floor below and a fabulous, raised patio is accessible from the lounge. With furniture and glass balustrading to ensure you don’t miss any of the wonderful views on offer, this is the perfect spot for a lazy breakfast or sundowner. There is a shared riverside seating area with gas BBQ, pizza oven and a further shared lawn area adjacent to the property.
