Located just 150 metres from Porthmeor Beach in pretty St Ives, this modern property is just the ticket for seaside fans. You’ll have excellent shops, bars and restaurants within 350 metres of your front door, along with access to the South West Coast Path (150 metres) where you can take wonderful scenic walks along Cornwall’s Atlantic-battered coastline. If you’re here for the cultural attractions, you’ll find venues such as the Tate St Ives, and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden within 0.5 miles. For a memorable night out, you could try and catch some music or a play at the Minack (18 miles), an impressive open-air theatre jutting into the sea.


This ground-floor apartment has been recently renovated for an ultra-modern look and feel. Entry is via a wide, easy grip external staircase leading up to a light-filled entrance hall. You are ensured a peaceful stay as the upstairs separate apartment is infrequently used as a holiday home by the owners of Lower Chy-An-Meor.


The open-plan living space has an attractive wooden floor and contemporary kitchen with sleek grey units. Such is the layout, that you can enjoy ocean views while you eat breakfast and dinner. At night, choose from four sumptuous bedrooms, three boasting en-suite shower rooms - two king-size rooms, a super-king-size, and a cosy twin that benefits from the family bathroom. Perhaps the most appealing feature is the patio terrace, joinable from the living room, where you can enjoy the fresh sea air over a beer in the evenings. Outdoor seating for al fresco meals in warm weather, as you enjoy the spectacular views and outdoor space.


When it’s time to explore your wider surroundings, this property is a wonderful springboard for the wider West Cornwall area, with charming seaside towns like Carbis Bay, Gwithian and Hayle within a 10-mile radius. Land’s End, The Lizard Peninsula and the cathedral city of Truro, all around 25 miles away, are all wonderful options for days out with your loved ones.


NOTE: There is parking at the property for two cars, however there may be space available for one extra vehicle at an additional cost. Please enquire about this prior to your stay.
