Sliding doors give access to both a front terrace with table & chairs and a split level rear terrace with the latter enjoying uninterrupted views of the sea and The Island. This includes a dining table & an enclosed seating area plus space for a BBQ. The large kitchen includes all modern appliances plus a coffee machine & a dining table that seats 8 guests. The lounge area enjoys a large sofa, separate chair, log burner & 65" SMART TV & Wifi..

On the first floor there is the family bathroom with walk in shower & two double bedrooms both with zip & link double beds, luxury furnishings, SMART TV's and fitted wardrobes plus a smaller room with bunk beds.

The master suite is housed on the second floor. With a dual aspect this room is light & airy with fantastic sea views, a super king bed, luxury fittings and a roll top bath and en suite plus a 50" SMART TV.
