Casa Sierra is a 2-bedroom, 2 bath house that features an open floor plan, spacious wrap-around, shaded patio on the first level and spectacular viewing deck up top with a 360 ocean-to-mountain view. Ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4. Rest and relax in this desirable Las Tunas neighborhood. Just 10 minutes from town with exquisite restaurants, art galleries and shopping. A 5-minute walk to the beach near the Turtle Release Sanctuary.
Newly constructed in 2017, Casa Sierra has all the modern features including: Full house water purification, optional A/C in bedrooms, upgraded appliances, well-appointed furniture and decor, 600-count linens, down pillows, wifi, plenty of outdoor seating, lovely gardens, and a quiet location.

Casa Sierra is lovely - very clean and well-configured, and the outdoor areas are great. Unfortunately, we had unexpectedly very hot weather, so our time outdoors was limited. (We were very grateful for the AC in the bedrooms.) Kathy and her property manager were great, and we would definitely stay at Casa Sierra again!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time in Todos Santos and Casa Sierra was a big part of that. The host, Kathy, was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the large rooms and roof top deck. Great whale watching from the roof top deck.

A great spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Sierra! It is a lovely casita - beautifully appointed and immaculately kept. Kathy was very helpful and accommodating from the time we first made our reservation. We particularly enjoyed the views from the rooftop deck and the proximity to such a magnificent beach, as well as to the charming town of Todos Santos itself. We definitely hope to make a return visit!

Great place better than photos

This is a great home. A very spacious 2 bdrm well equipped and abeautiful rooftop patio. Eddie the caretaker was fantastic. Lots of outdoor deck space. We hope to be back.

Awesome Casa Sierra

This was a marvelous home to experience. The beach was a short walk away where we saw turtles released, whales migrating and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house was well equipped and extremely comfortable. Kathy was very friendly and helpful with our needs. We are hoping to return many times to Casa Sierra.

Great house in TS!

Rented the house for new years with two friends. Was a great location and the perfect size for us. Kitchen is well appointed and the setup of the bedrooms was great for everyone to have enough space. We enjoyed the views from the rooftop for sunsets too. Kathy lives close by so there’s nearby help if needed for anything on the house. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice digs in Todos Santos

Really very easy and pleasant. Owner (as is typical) has the second house in the compound but we had complete privacy and the owner even loaned us surfing equipment. The house is clean modern with two bedroom wings each with a bathroom. Lots of windows for air flow and AC which we did not require. Well kept, with nice (Mexican style) cabinets. Great ocean views from the main floor and really spectacular views from the rooftop hang-out area.

Great Stay

Kathy's place was perfect for us. We were remote working and the internet speeds were some of the best I've found in the area. The house itself was VERY clean and comfortable. The rooftop deck had great views and I loved being able to do my workout on the huge main level deck. Kathy was very responsive to any questions we had. We didn't cook while there but that's a regret as the kitchen was very nice. We'll be back here for sure!

I loved my stay at Casa Sierra. The host, Kathy, was there to check us in and show us the property. She assisted in connecting us with both a snorkeling and diving company. She made things easy. The property, itself, is as advertised. It’s clean, new, and meticulously maintained. The kitchen had all we needed. Absolutely no issues.

10/10 Amazing!

We had such an incredible vacation in Todos Santos all thanks to Kathy!!! She went above and beyond throughout the entire trip to ensure that our group was well taken care of. Not only was Kathy extremely helpful, she was also a great source of knowledge (has now lived there for 20 years!) and really made us feel at home. Our trip wouldn't have been the same without her! We enjoyed our stay so much we never wanted to leave - the neighborhood is super quaint and quiet (perfect for truly unplugging), the house is walking distance to the beach, and the private rooftop was great for cocktail hour and meditation in the morning. The amenities were also fantastic (clean water, hot water, fresh towels, great kitchen for cooking, etc). We can't wait to go back and would 10/10 stay here again!

Very nice house with ruido deck and clear view of the ocean. About a 5 minute walk to the beach and one of 2 turtle hatchling release sites (that was exciting). Some restaurants and groceries Doreen the road, but we tended to eat at the potpourri with its very complete kitchen including appliances. One day we bought fresh fish from the fishermen and Bbq'd mackerel and made a Roosterfish ceviche. You will need your own vehicle for this property. There is no local public transport and it is a couple of kilometers outside of town on some gravel roads. Wifi was fairly reliable.

In A Word: Magnificent

To call Kathy's property a stunning vacation home is neither exaggeration or hyperbole. The house, a nearly new build, is a piece of art with gorgeous woodwork throughout (doors, cabinets, built-ins, bathroom vanities), colorful, hand poured concrete kitchen and bathroom counters, and an illuminated, brick dome above the kitchen (one of our favorite features of Mexican architecture). The house is beyond immaculate, the sheets and bedding are luxurious, and the towels are hands down the nicest we have ever experienced in a vacation rental. We slept beautifully with cool air coming through screens, all while feeling safe and sound behind a traditional, absolutely gorgeous Baja gate. We arrived after an eight day drive from our home in Colorado and could not have been more thrilled. The grounds are a mix of local flora and succulents, which attract a panoply of bird life (and a meticulously maintained). Our favorite treat at the house was the roof deck, which affords a 360 degree view of both the ocean and the mountains. We took our morning tea and coffee on the roof, from where we watched migrating humpback whales spout and breach. In the evening, we sat atop the roof to watch the sun dip into the Pacific as the mountains turned a brilliant pink and stars emerged to put on their celestial show (amazing with binoculars). We were a group of three adults, my husband and I in one master bedroom, and my sister in the other. We had more than enough room to never feel atop on one another. Kathy provides everything you would need to make full meals, but be aware that the house does not have a washer or dryer (there is laundry service locally). We had absolutely no issues with the house, so after meeting Eddie (who could not have been more kind), the house manager, we had no need to ever contact him. Lastly, Kathy's house is localted in our favorite neighborhood in the Todos Santos area. A few kilometers out of the now hustle and bustle of town, this is a peaceful area of residential homes. Kathy's house is an easy ten minute walk from the beach. We walked to the ocean every morning and returned numerous times in the evening to see the baby sea turtles released into the ocean from the sanctuary. Honestly, we hated to leave. Had we not already paid for another vacation home on the Sea of Cortez, we would have happily stayed for the rest of our time in Baja. We are already excited to return to Kathy's house next winter!

Convenient, quiet and clean

Kathy was next door and responded to questions quickly. However, she totally gave us space and privacy. She had handy reference sheets to her beautiful home. Lots of new construction in the area.

The house was lovely, two blocks from an endless beach. We hadn't been north of TS before and thoroughly enjoyed the La Tuna area.
