Casa Adobe is a beautiful ocean view adobe built home with unobstructed ocean views, lots of open space, outside living, great amenities and a solar heated pool.

This large walled and gated three bedroom home features the master bedroom on the second level with an adobe chimney, walk-in closet, a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and a large outside terrace. The downstairs area has two bedrooms plus a TV room that can serve as a fourth bedroom, all connected by a hallway and a full bathroom and a powder room. A large open area encompasses the living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that leads to a large covered terrace for relaxing and comfortable outside living.

Casa Adobe is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Las Tunas, a beach neighborhood of Todos Santos, and the only area in town with underground utilities. There are beautiful ocean views from several areas of the house and it is only a five minute walk to the beach. You are seven minutes from town on a new paved road and an equal distance to La Pastora, a great surfing break and a favorite to many locals.

Being situated by the Pacific Ocean, Todos Santos has excellent sunsets all year round and Casa Adobe has several areas to enjoy them from. Bocana Las Tunas, the beach in front, is also a great and popular place to enjoy the sundown. If you want to be more adventurous, a short drive to La Pastora will provide a beautiful afternoon setting for this.

There are many activities in the area, with Todos Santos and its surrounding area rapidly becoming a destination place. Great restaurants, a vibrant and growing art scene, excellent surfing and outdoor activities all in a very relaxed and a laid back setting make this a very special place. In 2006 the town received the denomination of Pueblo Magico by the Mexican Government due to its cultural heritage. There are different festivals held through the year. Turtle releases are held from the months of November to February at the beach in front of the house, where an incubation greenhouse is located.
