The first floor has a welcoming entry with a King bedroom suite with its own bathroom, a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a small living/dining/kitchenette. This ground level area has a queen sofa sleeper as well. This level has a washer/dryer for your convenience.

The main level has a contemporary design with a fireplace, living room, dining room and an ample kitchen area. This level has a full bath and a washer dryer.. Two balconies are on this main level, one facing south to the ski area, and the other to the north and the red rock mountainside. The living room has a contemporary fireplace and large flat screen tv. The bench at the dining room table could be used as a twin sleeping area.

The top level is the beautiful Master Bedroom Suite with a flat screen TV.. Just outside the Master Bedroom Suite is another bonus sleeping area (queen sofa sleeper) with an amazing view of the waterfall end of the Telluride Valley. Once inside the Master Bedroom, there is a balcony to sip your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine and enjoy the sunset over the undeveloped Valley Floor to the west of Telluride. Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy
The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
