We are right on the beach! Location can't be beat! We are one block from the south Bridge (Stickney Point Bridge). Convenience is key to a vacation. You can walk to the grocery, to restaurants, shops, rentals, Ice cream, and so much more. Traffic can get congested on Siesta Key, but at this location, you can drive on and off the key with ease.

House of the Sun is very popular and in a great location.
This is House of the Sun, Unit 504, Siesta Key.

*I also own Unit 201 at House of the Sun (2nd floor).
ā€¢Reserved parking space is located under the building and you car will be kept cool 24/7.

ā€¢Master Bedroom, King Size Bed, double mirrored closets, a mirrored vanity area, flat screen TV, private bath with walk in shower, updated, and is very spacious.
ā€¢Second bedroom, one FULL and one Twin Bed (2 beds total) and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination, granite and sliding glass doors for the tub/shower.

ā€¢Beach towels, beach lounge chairs provided on our beach by House of the Sun, and beach toys are all here.

ā€¢House of the Sun supplies lounge chairs both at the pool and on our section of the beach. Beach umbrellas are rentable daily or weekly by our beach attendant who will position the umbrellas into the sand for you.
ā€¢ Gas Grills are supplied by House of the Sun.

Siesta Key also has a free Trolley called The Breeze and you can just wave it down in front of our building and take it anywhere on the key...for free!!

Sheets, towels and beach towels are provided. Paper products, dishwasher soaps, bar soaps, hand soaps, and cleaning products and filters for the Mr. Coffee 12-cup coffeemaker are all in the condo and it will feel very much like home.

The complex of House of the Sun provides lounge chairs on our section of the beach. Beach umbrellas can be rented and placed for you by our attendant.
Lounge by our heated pool, play some tennis, video games, ping-pong or relax and/or work in the rec room while the kids are in the pool.

Guests of House of the Sun enjoy bringing their evening cocktails and snacks to the FIFTH FLOOR DECK. The atmosphere is fun and casual and friendships have been made from this great fifth floor deck with beautiful panoramic views of our beach with its gorgeous white sand. Guests who stay at House of the Sun tend to come back year after year, and I hope that you will, too!

Great location on the beach and convenient to walk to grocery store, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the rooftop Sun decks - great for happy hour, sunning, relaxing and watching sunsets. Condo was spacious, especially the master bedroom with long makeup counter. Comfortable bed in master. Kitchen well stocked. Furniture in LR was comfortable but not meant for anyone with back problems. Balcony was nice and you can see a sliver of the gulf from the corner of it.Washer/dryer was convenient. Only issue: three men entered the unit (while I was in the shower) without our knowledge - no prior notification - to work in building WiFi.

Donna was wonderful to rent from- she provided a detailed list of suggestions of things to do inf the area. Donna also provided a detailed set of instructions so that we knew what to expect upon arrival.The condo was clean and a very comfortable space. The complex was amazing, the beach was beautiful! The first day we carried our beach chairs up to put them away when we finished using them. The attendant quickly and kindly approached us to remind us that we were on vacation and he would get the chairs for us, that we should spend our time relaxing and enjoying ourselves. This was a 5 star vacation!

Awesome 3 night getaway

We enjoyed our 3 night stay with our daughter and grandson. Spent most of our time on the beautiful beach, chairs and umbrella provided. Condo was super clean and well stocked. Location is great, restaurants and bars across the street.

Great place to stay

This was an amazing place to stay. All the restuarants and ice cream shops were walkong distance. This facility is right on tje beach, easy access. Not only do you have a beach to enjoy but you have a nice pool that is 6.6 ft deep. I highly recommend this place.

Siesta Key has been my home away from Ohio for over 25 years. About 14 years ago we purchased our first condo on Siesta and to date, we have 3 condos that we offer. We have two 2-bedroom units at House of the Sun and a 3 bedroom condo at The Anchorage. They are all within close proximity to each other and located at the very popular south bridge with shops, restaurants, bars, grocery all within walking distance. Dave and I are on Siesta Key from January to the end of April every year and then back again for October and November. You will find Siesta Key information and updates on my Siesta Key Facebook Page with regard to happenings on the key. For those of you who are coming down for just a few days and do not want to rent a car, Siesta Key has a Free Trolley Service called Breeze Trolley, and the Trolley runs 7 days a week taking travellers from one end of Siesta Key to the other. Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

I own two condos at House of the Sun because it is well run, the owners take the time to know one-another, and has a friendly atmosphere. The fourth and fifth floor decks are something that very few complexes have on the key. Being able to walk across the street for cocktails at Sniki Tiki, or Captain Curts famous Clam Chowder, or dinner at Claytons or Miguels, or just running across the street to the Crescent Market for some cream for coffee in the morning, make this location so worth-while. Another big plus is that we do not have to deal with the slow-moving traffic to get on and off of the key. So, the long and short end of this story is, GREAT COMPLEX, GREAT LOCATION, ON THE BEACH, EASE TO GET ON AND OFF OF THE KEY.
