2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property.

This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with two sized queen beds with a 32" flat screen TV while there is a king sized bed in the guest bedroom, also with a 32" flat screen TV. The beautiful master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with HD service for your enjoyment. The modern spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. The comfortably furnished patio is screened-in so that you and your family can enjoy our lovely tropical breezes.

Great location with private beach. Enjoyed being a shuttle ride to Siesta Keys restaurants and shops. Condo was clean and plenty of space for 4 of us. We would stay again. Had a great time.

The condo is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is excellent: steps to the amazing beach and close to restaurants, shops and Publix. The staff are polite and helpful. Weenjoyed our five day stay!

Beautiful beach location

Clean, comfortable and excellent location. Beautiful palm tree lined property. Just a few minutes walk to Siesta Key beach - one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen!

Exceeds expectations

Everything about this place I like. I was not disappointed. All the staff was very accommodating. If any issues with your room come up, they will rectify the problem quickly. I would not hesitate to rent here!

Awesome stay!!!

We stayed for 4 days and could not have enjoyed ourselves more. The property is clean and well maintained and just as was stated, a very short walk to the beach! The unit we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, the only complaint was the coffee pot as the coffee just did not taste right and took forever to brew. Besides that, very nice unit and we are so happy we chose this location!! Will definitely be back again.

It was nice to take the trolly into town to shop. The workout center was very clean and had a great selection of equipment. The beach is beautiful and well maintained, easy access. Our apartment was lovely, very well decorated and stocked. We truly enjoyed our stay. We will very likely be back for a repeat next July 4th!

The unit was also super clean (I’ve stayed at some VRBOs that haven’t been very clean). It was so nice having lounge chairs and beach towels available for our time on the beach. The beach is amazing!
