The apartment itself was very good. The process after booking was a bit confusin ...

The apartment itself was very good. The process after booking was a bit confusing. The payment came from Belvilla, then I received emails from another party (made comfy) asking for identity verification, which I dismissed as spam, until I realised it was legitimate. Entered all the information. Then prior to arrival I still had not had proper check in details. Emailed belvilla twice who kept sending the voucher details. Finally arrived at apartment and couldn’t get in until calling made comfy who said my identification was ‘pending’ , then did something and the email with locker information finally arrived. By this time the caretaker had also contacted the owner who also tried to assist. As mentioned, the unit itself was spacious and well equipped as well as well located. Just a bit of a shame about the run around in the lead up and on arrival

Plenty of excellent restaurants just a block or two away. An easy walk to Canberra center shopping area with even more restaurants. Easy to get to parks, monuments and galleries. It’s a very well furnished apartment with a great view. It was nice having indoor parking and would definitely stay here again.

Good location

Picking up the keys was challenging, car park in building great, apartment large with all amenities, dated, shower/bath combo needs new tapware, people in apartment above banging and stomping on floor above the whole time. Location awesome for restaurants. Clean linen.

Fantastic location

Excellent location as it’s within walking distance of shops and restaurants (so many to pick from) the apartment was clean and big enough for our family of 4. My only issue was our bright it was at night, the blinds aren’t block out but once your asleep it really didn’t matter. Easy parking underneath the building. If you need to pick up keys I recommend hitting start on the instructions (I didn’t realise this) and that gives you the location and details of picking up the keys. It also would have been hands to have 2 sets of keys rather than just the 1. Beds were comfy, showers were hit and kitchen worked well. I’d recommend it and I’d come back again.

Super Lage. Bitte weisen Sie die Mieter darauf hin, dass die Schlüsselübergabe nur einen halben Block entfernt in derselben Straße stattfindet, die Adresse aber eine andere ist. Nachdem wir die Adresse gefunden hatten, war die Schlüsselübergabe (und -rückgabe) problemlos. Es gab alles Nötige für die Küche, etwas Küchenpapier wäre aber schön gewesen. Einige Möbelstücke sind schon etwas abgenutzt. Eine Steckdose in der Küche müsste repariert werden.

Ich habe kürzlich im Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern in der Innenstadt übernachtet und war wirklich beeindruckt. Der Außenpool war eine fantastische Möglichkeit, nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen in Canberra zu entspannen. Außerdem erleichterte die voll ausgestattete Küche die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten. Der Bergblick von der Terrasse war ein schöner Bonus!

Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit in diesem Apartment! Das Fitnesscenter war super, um mein Training durchzuziehen, und die Klimaanlage war besonders an den wärmeren Tagen sehr angenehm. Das Kabelfernsehen bot abends reichlich Unterhaltung. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl!

Diese Unterkunft ist für Besucher von Canberra sehr praktisch. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht einen einfachen Zugang zu wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Nationalmuseum und dem Kriegsdenkmal. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen wie Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, was meinen Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltete.

Die Zweizimmerwohnung im Stadtzentrum eignet sich ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Sie ist geräumig und mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten wie Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Der separate Eingang war sehr praktisch, und Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren frisch und sauber. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cet appartement a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable, La climatisation a gardé l'endroit frais, et j'ai apprécié les articles de toilette gratuits dans les salles de bains, Le stationnement sur place était un véritable sauveur, et l'ascenseur a rendu l'accès à notre étage très facile, Je reviendrais !
