Welcome to our 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse overlooking green number one and eighteen of White Wing golf course. The home has a wonderfully convenient location, a short walk of 200- 300 yards to all the amenities including the golf club , community room, fitness center, heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and bocce ball courts. The post office is across the street and the church is right down the street. The home has plenty of natural light with skylights and a vaulted ceiling in the living room and dining area. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals and snacks. A sliding glass door leads you to a furnished patio with plenty of seating and a barbecue grill. The patio overlooks fairways one and eighteen where you can watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets or just relax with your cup of coffee or glass of wine and watch the golfers go by. When in season you can eat fresh fruit from the orange and lemon trees on the property. Out the front door is a row of fruit trees available for picking by all Rio Verde residents and quests.

PROVIDED:
WIFI and cable. 65 inch TV in the living room and 55 inch TV in the master bedroom.
Pantry items to get you started: small portions of shampoo, cream rinse, hand soap, face soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent.
Washer, dryer, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, 2 coffee machines one drip and one Keurig, crock pot, blender and all the dishes and silverware you need.
Linens, towels, hairdryers, iron, ironing board and laundry drying racks are provided.
Beach towels, beach bags and coolers for the pool. Also 2 very large insulated cooler bags to use at the grocery store to bring home your frozen items plus cloth grocery bags are supplied. There is a large cooler in the garage for your use as well.
We have 6 cooler packs in the freezer for your convenience. We have puzzles in the living room for those rainy days and lazy nights.

COMMMUNITY FEATURES:
Heated swimming pool with 5 lap lanes, hot tub, fitness center, 6 tennis courts two with lighting, 4 pickle ball courts, 2 bocce ball, art classes, water aerobics and fitness classes. There is a small charge for the classes. There is also a church less than a quarter of a mile from our home and a post office across the street. The community center is located across the street by the fitness center and pool. Park in the lot and go through the double doors. There is a library with books and games you can borrow.

RESTAURANT USAGE:

They will issue you a temporary membership card and you will then pay by credit card in the restaurant. This can be done ahead of time by phone or email.

TEMPORARY GOLF PRIVILEGES ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE. AS OF NOW RENTERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GOLF AT RIO VERDE, ONLY WITH A MEMBER. There are plenty of golf courses available nearby for your golfing pleasure.

HIKING AND BIKING:
Rio Verde has it's own trail head into the 21,000 acre McDowell Mt. Regional Park.
Tonto National Forest is within a mile or two with unmarked trails and wild horses.
BIKING:
Rio Verde is on the official Tour de Scottsdale 70 mile route noted for it's wide bike lanes and beautiful Sonora Desert scenery. People enjoy biking to Fountain Hills which is a 15-20 minute car ride away, also quite hilly with great scenery.

GOLF COURSE WALKING:
You can walk or jog on the cart paths before the first tee time.

PARKING AT THE HOME:
If you need to park a car in the driveway overnight you will be required to get a permit from the community center to do so. There is only room in the garage for 1 car as I will be leaving my car in the garage from now on.
