The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests with a bright and large living room featuring a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, and a modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine, and toaster.

The living room opens onto a beautiful covered patio with a dining table and chairs for 6 people; the apartment also boasts a private garden with synthetic grass.



The master bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom features two single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom on the ground floor offers a shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet.

An internal staircase leads to the basement, which includes a spacious game room with a pool table, a large dining area for social gatherings, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet.



Guests have access to a private parking space next to the property.

The shared swimming pool, located about 80 meters away and accessible via Via Adige, is open from June 1st to September 30th.



A baby cot and high chair are available upon request, at an extra cost of €5 per night each.

Pets are allowed upon request, with a small additional fee.



Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, guests will receive all the necessary instructions to access the property independently.

A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days before, depending on local regulations.



Padenghe is a town on the Brescia side of Lake Garda, surrounded by the green Morainic hills. This area is known for producing the renowned D.O.C. wine “Garda Classico.”

The Padenghe Castle hosts theatre companies, music groups, and historical re-enactments that enliven the summer evenings after a day on the lake or at the beach.

The area also offers nightlife venues, long walks, bike paths, sports fields, numerous events, and golden beaches to enjoy during the summer season. The beaches of Padenghe sul Garda are beautiful all year round, as is its charming and romantic old town.



The apartment is a 10-minute drive from Desenzano train station and about 30 minutes from the airport.
