XV century villa recently restored , located on Colà hills with a stunning view of the Garda Lake and surrounded by vineyards and secular trees of olives. Gardaland - Caneva – Nature Park and others amusements parks are just a few miles from the villa , as well as the magnificent Colà Terme ( spa ) with natural water sources.
Accommodation
The house is warm and comfortable . It consists in two bedrooms - one with a king size bed and the other with three single beds, a living room with a fireplace , the dining room, spacious kitchen and two bathrooms. The wonderful garden, in front of the house, is well equipped with barbecue , table , chairs and deckchairs and it is available for the guests.

The District
Garda Lake is just a few minutes driving from the house, as well as Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld, Sealife , Parco Natura Viva and Colà Terme. You can't miss to visit Sigurtà Park just 12 km ( 8 miles ) from the house. At Colà Village you can find the supermarket, shops, bar and Pizzeria, it is just 2 km ( 1 ml ) from the house and it is the right place where to start hiking or biking throughout the bicycle path .
For those of you that love mountain, Monte Baldo is half an hour driving from the house, not to mention the beautiful Verona city full of art, churches, archeological sites and, the all around the world well known, Arena Di Verona famous for its opera season, it is 18 km ( 10 miles ) from Colà city.

Pleasant stay

The house has a perfect location in very quite area and close to a lot of attractions. The house is excellent for families with kids.The backyard is big enough so kids can run or play while the parents can relax and watch them.

Wonderful location

A very typical location placed in a wonderful landscape. Ideal for family holidays even if it is some complicated with toddlers due the stairs in the house. A plenty of attractions, good restaurants and what ever you need in the surroundings. Piers and Francesco gave a warm welcome and a Hugh number of entertainment possibilities. Thanks for all .

Wunderbares historisches Ambiente

Es tat sehr gut, sich in diese Umgebung zurückziehen zu können, wenn man den Trubel des Gardasees verlassen hat. Wir fanden auch sehr schnell einen Fußweg nach Cola, um dort Kaffee zu trinken. FRancesco hat uns sehr gut eingeführt. Es gibt viele Hunde, die weitgehend sehr freundlich sind. Und viele Katzen. Unser Hund hat den Aufenthalt auch sehr genossen.

Super - Sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfekte Unterkunft für Familien und Urlauber mit Hunden! Italien Pur - tolles Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen in der Villa Benciolini und auch auf dem grossen Grundstück. Mitten in den Weinbergen und auch Ideale Lage zum Wandern und für Ausflüge. Liebevolle und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Vielen lieben Dank Francesco und Piera, dass alles so super geklappt hat und auch für alle guten Tips. Schade, dass die Woche viel zu schnell vergangen ist.

Gemütliches Anwesen mit sehr netten Menschen

Das Anwesen ist typisch italienisch gemütlich und man ist mittendrin, im italienischen Flair. Mit Gianni haben wir den Wein probiert der hier Vorort hergestellt wir und auch sehr lecker schmeckt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich Und hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

1 Woche Aufenthalt am Gardasee

Das Objekt ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die unmittelbare Umgebung des Objekts besticht durch schöne große und vor allem schattenspendende Bäume und Wein- sowie eine Kiwiplantage. Für Ausflüge an den See sowie die Atttaktionen ist das Ferienhaus ideal gelegen, da alles schnell erreichbar ist. Der nahehelegene Ort Cola ist sehr schön und nicht so überlaufen. Der Vermieter hat uns die besten Restaurants empfohlen und uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein hervorragendes Weingut. Im Objekt fehlen Möglichkeiten, die Kleidung unterzubringen. Dies haben wir dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, welcher den Hinweis dankend entgegengenommen hat. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Secluded and Idyllic Property

Villa Benciolini, just outside of Cola', is in an absolutely enchanting setting. Up on a hill overlooking vineyards and corn fields, the Villa is a large structure, also home to 3 additional residences (neighbors hardly seen) in separate entrances, but everyone was very welcoming, to the point of sharing freshly caught fish for dinner. Plenty of parking space for vehicles. Quiet seclusion and comfort were provided by spacious landscaped grounds with flowers, beautiful evergreen and leafy trees, and a fresh herb garden right outside the door. Property flows into a never visited public park with vineyard, open field, fig and pomegranate trees, and kiwi orchard. Floor plan has a full bathroom (shower, no tub) with laundry (instructions ONLY in Italian), large sitting room, formal dining room, and a well furnished kitchen, all on the vaulted-ceiling entry level. Hand railings on both sides of staircase leads to a bedroom with twin beds and bunk-beds midway to the 2nd level, which is home to a full bathroom (shower, no tub) and separate bedroom with queen bed and A/C unit (only one in entire Villa). Very helpful (providing reliable restaurant and winery visitation suggestions) and welcoming hosts, Piera and Francesco (not living on site), met us at check-in and near check-out, but were always available by phone or text. Downsides to the property were, no closets anywhere for hanging clothes, poor lighting in the kitchen, a microwave oven that nobody could figure out (not even the hosts), a comprehensive recycling program that was never actually picked up (again, instructions ONLY in Italian), and a lack of proper wine glasses. We couldn't figure out the oven, so we don't know if it worked or not, but suspect that it probably did. Very adequate cooking pots, pans, and utensils, as well as plates and bowls. Good sized refrigerator and freezer, for Italy. By far, the positives outweighed the relatively few negatives! Everything else provided for a perfectly relaxing home base for all that the area had to offer (lots)! Fair price, and everything was as advertised.

Schönes Domizil in sehr schöner Lage.

Ca. 2-3 km vom Gardasee entfernt liegt dieses Haus auf einer mit Zypressen, Pinien und anderen Bäumen bewachsenen Anhöhe; in einem alten Gehöft direkt verbunden mit anderen großteils bewohnten Gebäudeteilen. Ein eigener Garten gehört dazu. Wohnzimmer und die beiden Schlafräume im ersten Stock sowie das dortige Bad entsprechen einem guten Standard. Wohnküche sowie Esszimmer und das zweite Bad im Erdgeschoss erreichen diesen Standard nicht ganz. Aber der Vermieter ist anscheinend dabei, weitere Erneuerungen vorzunehmen. Freizeiteinrichtungen und Badestrand sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Colá, der kleine Ort, zu dem das Gehöft gehört, ist nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt. Es hat einen hübschen alten Ortkern, einige gute Restaurants und die nötigsten Einkaufsläden (kleiner Supermarkt, Bäckerei ...).
