The interior of the villa stands out for its brightness and contemporary design. It features 3 fully equipped bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bathtub, facilitating guests' coexistence. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a wide variety of utensils that will make meal preparation a pleasant experience.



The outdoor spaces are a true meeting point, with a private garden that invites relaxation and moments of togetherness. The villa has garden furniture and a barbecue perfect for enjoying unique evenings under the Lanzarote sky. For groups composed of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required. During local holiday periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.



The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the accommodation has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and house rules have been respected.
