Villa Los Altos Navya 13B by Escape Home is a modern and elegantly furnished retreat located in the peaceful residential area of Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. This welcoming villa offers perfect space for families or groups of up to 10 people, with 5 bedrooms carefully designed to ensure maximum comfort.



The interior of the villa stands out for its brightness and contemporary design. It features 3 fully equipped bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bathtub, facilitating guests' coexistence. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a wide variety of utensils that will make meal preparation a pleasant experience.



The outdoor spaces are a true meeting point, with a private garden that invites relaxation and moments of togetherness. The villa has garden furniture and a barbecue perfect for enjoying unique evenings under the Lanzarote sky. Additionally, it features a private heated swimming pool in winter, which offers impressive views of the garden and surroundings.



The location is privileged. It is close to some of Lanzarote's most beautiful beaches, such as Playa Flamingo and Playa Blanca, just 2.5 and 2.8 kilometres away respectively. Food lovers will find restaurants within short distance, allowing you to explore the rich culinary offer of the area.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable security deposit of €150 per person is required.



During public holidays and local holiday periods, the refundable security deposit will be €300 per person.



The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
