The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a modern building in a private condominium in Oeiras. The condominium offers all the security and privacy you need to fully enjoy your vacation.

The apartment has two bedrooms, both with double bed.

￫ Living/Dining room
The living room has a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, dining table for 4, and plenty of sunlight.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub and shower.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, washer&dryer and coffee maker (coffee not included).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Beaches, leisure opportunities, shops and a glamorous lifestyle are all to be found along the Cascais Bay, one of the places to get away from the city bustle.
Just 20 minutes outside Lisbon, with the train station really near to the apartment, the refined seaside ambience of the Cascais Bay has a lot to offer: culture, nature, cuisine and numerous beaches where you can just relax. The area is particularly well-known for water sports and for the amazing golf courses that can be enjoyed during almost the entire year, thanks to Cascais' sunny weather.

Oeiras itself has several points of cultural interest and many pleasant places for sports and leisure. Besides the forts of São Bruno and São Julião da Barra that mark its coast, you will also find the fantastic Oceanic Pool. At the cultural level, Oeiras has one of the best examples of the 18th century Portuguese manor house, the Marquês de Pombal Palace.

The beach can be reached from the Oeiras Promenade, and a pedestrian underpass in its central area between the beach and the Almirante Gago Coutinho Garden. From here, Av. Miguel Bombarda serves as a connection to the train station of Santo Amaro, served by trains from the Cascais Line.

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.

￫ Metro and Train
One possibility is to take the train from ''Cais do Sodré'' (in Lisbon Center) to ''Santo Amaro'' train station, which is only 200 meters from the apartment. The trip from the airport to the property takes about 60 minutes.

￫ Cars
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
