This delightful 62m² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for up to 4 guests looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs.

The living space features a comfortable sofa and a double sofa bed, a wide-screen TV for relaxing evenings with your favourite shows, and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals.

The bedroom has a cosy king-size bed to ensure a restful night's sleep and plenty of storage spaces.

The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a balcony, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and fresh air. Guests can also relax in the outdoor pool.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

In the heart of Cascais, visitors can enjoy a lively area filled with shops, cafés, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. This central zone is just a short walk from the beach, where golden sands meet the calm waters of the Atlantic. It’s a perfect place to soak up the sun, enjoy an espresso at a terrace café, or explore the charming streets that reflect the town's blend of traditional Portuguese character and modern flair.

Nearby, cultural highlights such as the Cascais Cultural Centre and the Museu Condes de Castro Guimarães offer enriching experiences for those interested in art and history. The area also provides easy access to the scenic marina and the famous Boca do Inferno cliffs. With a balance of leisure, culture, and natural beauty, this part of Cascais is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy the best of what the town has to offer.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Av. Manuel Júlio Carvalho Costa (line 15), is just a one-minute walk away.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
